I would recommend Heavenly Pet Resort to everybody and everyone. I am probably like you; I love my dog to infinity and beyond. I took this picture of Freida & Sandy. When I talk to Sandy about Freida, I look at her facial expressions when she talks about the experiences she has had with my baby dog. And you can tell that she really does love my dog! ❤ What more can you ask for from a pet resort? She is able to explain in detail the little nuances of my Freida's personality. She and the staff truly care about my dog. If you are hesitant to leave your beloved doggie here, DON'T. This place really is heavenly for you and your dog because your dog will be well-taken care, and you can enjoy your travels with a peace of mind! ????❤

My dogs love Heavenly Pet Resort. They get so excited when we get there. I always feel my dogs are well taken care of when they are there.

Heavenly pet resort always takes good care of my dog and gives him the attention he needs. I really like that they have an outdoor play area for the dogs. Everyone I encounter there is very friendly and in tune with my dog. Sandi, Linda, and Makena are just a few of the exceptional people that work there.

I have boarded my Golden Retriever here several times and everything about the place has been good.. The only thing that bothers me now is the new policy that you can't pick up your pet on Sunday. They are forcing you to pay extra for a night you don't need. Most places I've used before have a window time to pick up your pet. Think it was 12 until 2pm. At least you had a option..

Barney looks like he enjoyed his stay because he did not look stressed out when we picked him up.

I can't say nothing but good about this place . They took very good care of my cat Boo Boo . His coat was shinier than I remembered but I think he was happy to be home. It was worth the money to know he was safe. I would recommend and return if needed again.

FIRST TIMERS: I took both my babies, standard poodles Leon (2.5 yrs) and Nala (1 year). I was scared as they have never stayed anywhere else other than home and never with strangers. I asked a million questions and they graciously answered. I paid extra for pool time and to “test” them out in a group play and they both did well. I saw pictures and videos on their Instagram page which eased my mind. When I picked them up I was briefed on how well they did and was so pleased at their appearance. Poodles require a lot of brushing and maintenance, especially after pool time. They both had their faces brushed out which was a surprise and I was thankful of the care given to them. Facility: VERY CLEAN, professional staff, nice rooms for the dogs, temperature controlled and welcoming Price: Expensive but for the above reasons..worth it Negatives: Not open Sunday. I hated not being able to get my dogs till Monday and having to pay for an extra night at full price because they don’t have staff to allow for pick ups:( Recommendations: Have live stream cameras for the dogs in play areas and pool areas. Inexpensive to company but totally a peace of mind option for us

We love Heavenly Pet Resort. Our dogs always come home happy and tired from playing and being loved on.

Heavenly Pet Resort took care of my dog while I was away. It was easily to book the dog boarding for a week. Everyone is friendly and you can tell they care for every pet that comes through their doors. Highly recommended!

We are new to Heavenly Pet Resort. I researched several facilities and chose this one because of the staff and I want my dogs together but not in a group setting. Individual walks and playtime. So far I have been very happy.

We left our beloved GSP for 1 week and are very pleased with Heavenly Pet. Especially liked the “dog water park” and the staff is top notch!!

We have been taking our dogs here for a decade now. We’ve been coming here so long that we are now on the second generation of dogs coming here for kenneling when we are out of town! It is very clear that everyone that works here really cares about the animals when they are there, and our pets have always been happy and healthy when we return. One time one of our pets had a medical issue while there at the kennel (of no fault of anyone at Heavenly Pet Resort) and they immediately contacted us, let us know that they had it under control, took great care of our dog until we returned. We have been extremely happy to leave our dogs here, and we continue to do so with our newest puppy as well. They take great care of our dogs, and we completely trust them to continue to do so.

Called this place 2 days before my family left on vacation to see about availability, asked about pricing and a tour. Lady who answered the phone was super nice and told me to come down that day to take a tour. When I got to the resort, I took a tour and they showed me the different rooms and sizes. I have two dogs that have to be together, we went with the Villa that have TVs for background noise, which accommodated them perfectly. They also have outside areas where they take them to stretch their legs and use the restroom. They have a pool for all the fur baby’s that love the water. They have add ons for extra adds on. Pricing was great, staff was super great and efficient. Will be using them again.

Took our puppy here to stay for a few days while we got married and they took great care of him! He enjoyed trips to the water and doggy ice cream. They were clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be using them for boarding in the future if needed. Our pup did come home with a mild case of kennel cough, but that's to be expected. We also used their grooming service so that we could have a later pickup time, but we wouldn't recommend that as highly, as he still had some loose hair and the scent they used was really strong.

This was our sweet puppies vacation while we were gone and they had such a great time! The staff was so beyond helpful and comforting in leaving our pups for the first time. Can’t wait to bring them back soon :)

Our doggie loves Heavenly. We’ve been bringing him here for a decade. Fabulous staff. So attentive and friendly. They really appear to love animals and always have big smiles when we arrive to drop off.

This is our go to care for our pets when we go out of town. Our dog seems less stressed when he comes from here over any other place we have used. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love the place….. love the girls at the front desk…. Love the trainer…… had some bad luck with the groomer and seeing photos of my dogs there Last two times I was there one 4 nights and one 5 nights and no photo updates….. and the shocking thing is I called and asked them about it both times :( as well as groomer call out both days I had baths set up :(

Heavenly Pet Resort is absolutely amazing with our diva of a dog, Remi! They are always so friendly and most importantly make our Remi feel like she is at home. They treat her so well. I couldn't say enough good things about this place!
