Great and caring people. Always really clean and very professional. Pricing is right on. They are always there when you need them. Highly recommend and will continue to go there. Amazing the way your pet is treated as well as you.

My dog's ear and surrounding area swelled up to the size of a baseball and I rushed her in to the VCA Asher Animal Hospital at 7:45am. Their diagnosis was that it was cancer with a really bad infection and that they couldn't poke it to see if it would drain because it was "angry" and that might irritate it. So my dog suffered all week from the pain and I cried and cried because they said she would probably have to be euthanized. My family and friends said their good byes over the weekend and I took her in to Dana Park to possibly be put to sleep the following Monday. Turns out it was a spider bite. Had VCA drained it the week before, we would have realized that and saved my dog from a week of pain and me from a week of crying. I'm just glad I had Dana Park to return to. Everyone there just loves my dog and treats her so well that she enjoys going there now. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of this whole ordeal.

We have tried other vets but this is one of the best. The staff is friendly and helpful. The vets know what they are doing and give great advice. We took our new puppy here for her first check up and shots and it was a good experience. Everything was perfect and the prices aren't too high. I love that there is an app to keep track of everything! We will be bringing all 4 of our dogs here now.

I think Dana Park Veterinary Hospital gives my dog excellent care. I trust greatly in Dr. Lawsens knowledge, I love how gentle she is with my dog, she listens to my concerns and discusses them with me. I only have one issue and that is, that my phone calls and messages are seldom returnd. Other than that it is an excellent clinic with a friendly and accommodating staff.

For some reason my dog got removed as a patient and now they won't see my dog even though she needs to see a veterinarian for an emergency.

We had to do the unimaginable. Cancer overwhelmed our beloved Emma. They got us in, next day, and patiently and with empathy, helped us transition her to a better place. I could see it was tough on the staff, however, they stayed true. Explained all options, confirming our suspicions. Just appreciate all they have done for Emma in her journey!! Thank you. You may pay a bit more here, but you won't get better care anywhere!!

Complete dissappointment since the changeover. I have 8 dogs and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have never been so frustrated with quality of care and responsiveness. The whole appointment was a mess. I brought 2 dogs in, one had a biopsy. I was told after out 3.5 hour appt that I would receive a call by the days end with results. Two days later I still have not heard back from the Dr and I have called several times requesting the results.....but they sure got paid! Very unprofessional and not very nice to leave the pet parent hanging with worry. Never again will I go to Dana.

Worst vet hospital I've been to. I was treated badly when I took my dog for a visit, they didn't do blood work I wanted for a neuter. They then told petmeds they have never seen my dog I have paperwork which states otherwise. The receptionist then decided to call and tell me what I brought MY dog In to the office for and argue with me. This is unprofessional ☹️

No stars: Very strange place. Went, after my brother called about an injured cat. When I got there the sign says this is not an emergency vet. I called and the gal said, we only have doctors hete at the end of the month. What's the use.

Over priced. Requires a $75 dollar pre exam before scheduling a neuter and not taking new patients. Cottonwood small animal charges about $150 less and you get that small town experience.

I took my golden retriever Sunny in for her regularly scheduled check up and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive even during the lockdown they had an efficient process for taking care of business while staying safe and respecting social distancing guidelines. Impressive how entrepreneurs can adapt to any obstacle if they stay positive and think out of the box!

We love the personal attention our pets get, and the staff is always friendly and professional. We appreciated their curbside service and mask requirements during the COVID crisis.

I am a retired licensed veterinary technician. I worked in Philadelphia at various high- end, specialty practices. Needless to say, I'm very particular. I have tried 4 different vet hospitals in the last 20 years. I have been impressed by Dana Park every time I have been there. The staff communicates clearly at each step of care, and truly love on the animals when they're there. Dr. Byrd is especially nice.

I've always loved the people and all the workers at Dana Park. They were there for our little guy when he was a young boy and up until he passed away at age 18. Now they are there for our Layla. They are kind and take very good care of our babies. We drive all the way from Lake California to see them and I trust them with our pets.

Quizzer had only visited Dana Park once in 2013. The Vet reassured me her leg was pulled no internal damage‼️However living on SS, I did not have the funds to continue seeing these Vets. I took Quizzer to my Vet in Cottonwood to have her put down on Wednesday May 13 & was told she was too healthy to put down. Quizzer died next to me @ 3 PM Saturday May 16th Cottonwood had closed @ noon‼️Dana Park was closing @ 4, but they waited for Quizzer’s body & even tho the virus prohibited me from entering they were VERY GRACIOUS in their handling of my 16 year old baby‼️Later the most beautiful vase of white flowers was delivered to my Apt from the folk @ Dana Park I cried cried once again for Quizzer’s Flowers‼️????????????????????????????????

I've been going to Dana Park Veterinary Hospital for about 13 years now. Dr. Dyson has helped all of my dogs, took special care of them & found resolutions quickly. DPVH is moderately to higher priced when compared to other Vets depending on the scenario...but DPVH are truly worth every penny. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and I've always trusted Dana Park Veterinary. They have always come through for my dogs and I. Even when pit bull passed away from old age, I received a card signed by the staff & a phone call offering condolences. That just blessed me so much. Every time I visit, the staff is professional, and I'm reminded of how smart the Vets are and I feel at peace knowing my fur family is in good hands. My pets deserve the best, so I take them to DPVH.

Our dog was cared for by Dana Park for twelve years through his death. The care and compassion during this process was phenomenal. We just got a puppy and she had her first appointment. The care during COVID-19 was sane, safe and practical. Love Dr. Dyson and staff!
