UPDATE November 26, 2019: OWNER FRANK CONTACTED US ON 11/5/19, AND WE RECEIVED A REIMBURSEMENT CHECK TODAY (11/26/19) FOR THE MEDICAL EXPENSES INCURRED in November and December 2018. ADDING 2 STARS FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING. Original Post:They seriously injured our dog's eardrum on 11/30/18, and we almost lost him to the infection. Very inexperienced groomers. Owner spoke with me (quite rude I might add), asked to speak with our vet about the situation, we complied and she explained everything at length, he told her he would contact us, then NOTHING. Haven't returned any of our calls and it's been months. Thankfully our precious pup survived. We spent thousands of $.

I'm not saying my little girls don't look good however I came here because reviewers said it was a good price for what you get. $72 and they aren't even completely groomed is outrageous. I could have went to PetSmart, Cali's pet grooming, or even a MOBILE PWT GROOMER if I knew it was going to be so expensive. Will not be back or recommend. Feeling ripped off.

Great Price - I took my cat in for a groom and, him being, a cat - I was expecting to have outrageous prices... Under $30 for a bath, brush out, and nail trim! I'm coming back!
