It was our RV mechanic who recommended Terra Vista Animal Hospital/vets. Thank God. The prior two vets we used did not interact well with people and were extremely expensive. They always urged expensive procedures, etc. Terra Vista's vets and all other personnel are amazing. They care for your pets as well as you in relation to your pets needs. They are friendly, caring professionals who go the extra mile in caring for your fur babies and their fees are reasonable. They offer discounts for Senior citizens and have a generous loyalty reward program too. Everyone we have referred to Terra Vista loves them too.

I have 4 dogs that are family. The Dr's are very good. The care my family members receive is always excellent. The office personnel is caring and able.

Always helpful, friendly, and quick to reply. They’ve been my go-to vet for the last 3 years. My dog—Charlie—isn’t afraid of them like she is for most other places.

I had a rx for eye drops to help my dog from another vet (her eye was TERRIBLE), but they didn’t have it in stock at Banfield so I had to call around. This was the third place I called, and instead of just telling me ‘no we don’t refill other vets rxs’(like the first 2 did), the lady that answered here told me to try regular pharmacies instead (I didn’t know they do dog rxs too). My dog got her drops from Walgreens a couple hours later instead of 20 calls and all the frustration later. They’ve got good peeps working here, they wanna help. I can’t remember the name of the lady, but I’ll never forget how she just wanted my dog to get the drops too. Thanks.

Love the way any animal I have ever brought here gets treated. My only complaint is the prices, which a lot of times I can't afford .

I recently adopted a tortoise but after a few weeks I could see that he was not feeling well. I called Terra Visit animal hospital and they were able to give me a same day appointment. The staff and Dr took time to tell me how to care for my tortoise and took excellent care of my new shell baby. Thank you Terra Vista for your caring, helpfulness and awesome service.

First visit but it was a great one!

We rescued a kitten from the street gutter and TVAH gave him a checkup, tests and some medicine...and he's doing just great! Thank you so much????

I went to this animal hospital to pick up insulin for my friends cat. When I got there they came right out with the insulin and I was on my way. As soon as I left my friends house, I got a call from her saying that they gave me the wrong Insulin for her cat and asked if I could swap it out for her. I went back to her house, got the insulin from her, went back to the animal hospital (who knew I was coming), called them and told them that I would meet them at the doors to swap out the insulin. I stood outside for seven minutes, Meanwhile the insulin not staying cold, until they came out and said they are working on it. I told them that it was not OK for them to give the wrong medication to an animal to begin with and that I was glad that I didn’t take my animal there. The lady’s response was OK… She completely blew me off and was not apologetic at all. I would never recommend this place. I hope no one ends up with the un-refrigerated insulin.

First time taking in my dog for an emergency help with my baby's tail, they accommodated him to be seen promptly which I'm very thankful for. My big boy went in happy and came out happy, so I knew they took care of him. The staffs are very friendly and helpful with answering any concerns and questions I had. I would recommend this clinic to take your fur babies. Thank you Terra Vista Animal Hospital for taking care of my boy.

If I could give negative stars I would. The staff is extremely diverse with TWO decent doctors and an abundance of incompetent women up front that don't know how to communicate at all. Worst experience I have ever had, especially when my animal is my priority, they couldn't even relay the simplest of messages directly told to them from the doctor herself. Don't go here unless you want to be scammed!

This was my first time at Terra Vista Animal Hospital. This was a last minute appointment which they so graciously made the day before. All the other local vets were booked up for a long time and we couldn't get an appointment with any of them. Since it is during the time of the Coronavirus lockdown, they had to come out to the car to get my pet. I didn't have to wait long because they were very quick in coming out to get the dog, I was dog sitting. They were also very nice and very helpful. There is also a convenient doggy potty area right there in the parking lot.

Great service. Treated my fur baby so well. Medication given has been working well.

If I could give Terra Vista Animal Hospital 10/5 stars I would. My dog has been going to this same hospital for almost 15 yrs. he started as a puppy and today, Dr. May assisted him to pass with dignity and grace. He was comfortable, well taken care of and so was I. He had suffered from Cushings for 2.5 yrs and Dr Liz and Dr. May took wonderful care of him. From simple shots to stroke care, this hospital does it all. And they do it well. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I know Nym does too. I’m so glad to have found this crew. I always tell people “my dog has better health care than I do.” And now I know he did.

Dr May just put my sweet 17 y.o. doggie to sleep. Her compassion is why I felt she could only be the one to do this.

Called @ 11:46am and asked for one of the doctors to give me call me back and never received one and I worked in many animal hospital never seen this

Brought my dogue in because I was afraid he had gotten sick. They checked em out and took really good care of em and staff was very nice and knowledgeable.. overall great experience.

I love bringing my pets here, the staff is very nice and take the time to explain things if you need it. They saved my cats life and keep my dog healthy with wellness checks.

We had to find a vet last minute because ours was out of town. The staff at Terra Vista understood our urgent need to have our boy looked at and helped us say goodbye when it was determined that he was too sick and could not be saved. He was 15 and we knew it was probably going to be the case. They let us stay in the room with him as long as we needed and they treated us with kindness and compassion. When we picked up his ashes today we were so pleasantly surprised by the care that was taken, such a beautiful box and paw print. Thank you for taking care of our boy and our family.

We went to an exotic animal hospital for our guinea pig as a 2nd opinion in dealing with her illness. Turns out it was a waste of time. Terra Vista is way better in every aspect, especially treatment of their patients and owners. I recommend Dr. May to anyone that has a guinea pig. Don't waste your time or sanity. Go here.

All the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable & kind with the ability to handle an urgent care issue. The vets have an excellent beside manner in addition to being professional. Easy access & parking.

They are very professional and Courteous to there customers and kind to the animals. They also practice safety procedures to keep everyone safe. Wait time is not bad at all, and the doctors give you a personal phone call about your pet. I would recommend Terra Vista Animal Hospital for sure. ????

Dr. Liz is the reason my dog is still alive. You can't find a better doctor for fuzzies.

My dog is very anxiety ridden and tends to bite . Dr. May was absolutely amazing with my doggy. I can’t express how wonderful, kind and thorough she has been. So completely happy with this vet!!
