I took my two lab pups into get their 1 year boosters and all staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. One of my pups had an ear infection and the staff caught it right away and sent us home with appropriate medication. Great place & Great customer service!!

Dr Mouzza Was great with my kitty Tiger and he did not charge me for unnecessary service. Checked him and he has allergies. One shot and Tiger was better. I have had all my kittens fix here as well and never had a problem with Dr Mouzza.

We love Alta Loma Animal Hospital. The doctors and staff are genuinely compassionate and loving, and have given our pets excellent care for over 20 years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Moussa, Dr. Ellis and Dr. Toro for everything you have done for our animals and for us. Your care extended their lives so we could have as much time with them as possible and for that we are eternally grateful. I know that Max, Ella, Megan, and Jack all send you their love as well. Dr Moussa and staff truly care about our fur babies. I always meet nice pet parents here to chat about our babies. They care about rescue pets and I applaud them for that.

I love this vet, they are so nice, the staff is very professional and kind. I have had three generations of family going here and I am so glad to support this office. Dr. Ellis is a joy and we have always appreciated Dr. Moussa's help and compassion.

I had my kitty Max neutered last Thursday. I'm on my way this morning to have my other kitten Luna spayed. I really like the staff here and the way they treat my babies! ❤️

All employees I've delt with are kind and professional. The clinic is very clean. I trust them with my pets. I also trust Dr.Mussa he's a good man.

They can't see my dog for a week and to make an appointment it's a $25 non refundable deposit that they need a card on file to make the appointment. Don't waste your time

Vets and staff are super! They know what they are doing! I have taken my dogs to other vets including Banfield at Chino Hills and my dog wounds got infected after Banfield vet cleaned them. I trust Alta Loma with my pets. I really recommend them.

The last 4 times I have come to this vet, we have had to wait at least 45mins-1 hour past our appointment time to even be seen. They do not have a sense of urgency and they overbook their appointments. At 11:25 (the appointment was scheduled for 10:30), they still had not checked us in. We had to go back into the office to remind them we were still waiting outside. It’s a shame because the vet himself is a great vet. He clearly loves animals and is great as his job. But, unfortunately, the staff does not share the same passion. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. We made a last minute appointment at a different vet and was much happier with the service.

Nice facility and caring people. Dr Mouzza and Dr Ellis are very knowledgeable. We have been coming here for 17 years with 3 generations of dogs. If you have a problem with your pet, give them a call...they will certainly help you!

I have no idea how the veterinary end of this business is, I couldn't get past the rude women at the front desk. I drove by Pet Time on the way home, I stopped, and the people who work there are very nice. I'm happy with the care to my dog's wound.

Very friendly and customer service is excellent.

The vet was great but some of the staff is horrible. They advised me the wrong amount of food to feed my puppy (said 2 cups when it should have been 3 cups). They also told me to use my receipt as proof of her shots but the receipt had the breed, sex and birth date wrong. Too much more to list....

I received the nest service. Profesional, caring, very good.

They treated Zona with care and respected that I am a senior citizen with limited funds.

The doctor was honest enough to tell me that even if my bird gets the surgery, he might die. After considering the price they gave me ($1000) for the amputation of my bird's leg, I didn't get the service. Eventually, my bird died couple days after his last check. Again, prices are not reasonable.

New patient. So happy and relieved to find a truly caring place and kind professionals to look after my beloved Daisy, 11 year old puppy.

Extremely rude office manager...after being a customer since 1984 threatened to call the police on me after her staff made a mistake on my bill. Unacceptable. Dr Moussa is a fantastic Vet... but the younger staff lacks old fashioned customer service skills and does NOT LISTEN. I miss the old days when these millennials were not staffing our trusted service providers. Such a thing would NEVER HAPPEN in Rural Pennsylvania or in Japan were I come from !!!!
