Great service and take great care of my pups

Vet takes time with you to explain everything, and takes time to answer any questions. Vet was thorough in examining my senior dog. Place is very clean, easy to get to, and plenty of parking.

I’ve been going to Rancho Regional for years for my animals and today they really helped me out. I had a vaccination appointment for my dog and my 4 year old daughter wasn’t feeling well and had a fever. Rancho regional helped expedite my dogs vet appointment so I could get home to my daughter. As well as accommodating my dog because she is pet reactive. They took me straight to a room to ensure the safety of my dog and others. I really appreciated their staff today and how helpful they were.

They are not reliable & have no compassion. I called on Friday morning to get my dog seen. They said that they didn’t have any availability & that I should call back on Saturday to see if there was a cancellation. I called Saturday morning & was told that they didn’t have any cancellations. They told me to called back on Sunday & they would be able to see me then. I called on Sunday morning & now they told me they couldn’t see my dog. that I would need to call on Monday & pay a $75 fee to be seen. They have no compassion & are very unreliable.

Dr is amazing with our fur babies. Staff communicates well and great follow up and appointment reminders.

I've been going here for my appointments with my puppy and the service is lacking and things are generally just overpriced. Even with appointments you'll be stuck waiting at least 20-30 minutes to talk to someone and even longer before you're actually seen. It also feels like they're trying to constantly upsell you with special promotions which just feels weird to me. This is vet not a car dealership.

You can now sit with your pet in a waiting room. This vet has the nicest staff ever! They're so sweet with my dogs.

If I could rate them 100 stars, I would. I cannot even begin to describe how great this place is, not only the vets but every single person working there. I moved into the area about a year ago and started taking my cat there. They have always treated us and her very well and she is no longer afraid of vet visits. A few weeks ago I found an abandoned kitten and I called them and they gave me steps over the phone on how to care for it and were able to get the kitten in the same day to get it checked out. The kitten was 5 weeks old and the vet walked me through the whole process of taking care of a kitten that small and even gave me instructions to take home with me. I 100% recommend Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital. Their staff is kind and have great customer service, their vets take the time to explain everything and walk you through the best options for your pets care, and when boarding your fur babies there, they take great care of them.

I came here years ago with my wife and remember them being quite expensive. After difficulties seeing my long-term vet, I decided to try this place again. Their phone service is good and we are still mid-stream on the care. So more to come on that. My cat got blood and two urine tests for a grand total of $700 so far. That’s more than my own medical costs, and I see quite a few reviews lamenting the costs here. They are recommending a dental cleaning but I’m afraid to ask what that will run. There is a balance between care and cost, but this feels exorbitant to me. Sorry, but I have to continue searching. Adding to my previous review, I did call back to get an estimate on a feline dental cleaning. I was quoted a range of $700-2000, depending if extractions were needed. My regular veterinarian quoted a range of $325-500. This is consistent with my previous experience above, so I must conclude that RRVH is much more expensive than the average vet. Or their perception of what they are worth is MUCH higher than mine.

I like this office quite a bit. They are mid-range as far as pricing goes, but they are very open about all charges up front. They are very polite and helpful. There are several doctors there and all have been great. One complaint is one doctor doesn't return phone calls, but I didn't feel that was enough to remove a star, especially when the other doctors there do. I feel very comfortable with my pets in their care. That, to me, is very important.

I have had excellent care for my dogs here. They’re kind, caring and phenomenal at what they do. I recommend them to all my friends.

As of Sunday this is my dogs official vet. This hospital is state of the art. They offer specialties. I was there for a routine procedure. My furry family member went in with confidence and came out with confidence. I had also asked for a dental plan. Which I received with the disclosure that they couldn't really get to see the teeth but that they made predictions on both high and low scenarios. My pet and I enjoy the cleanliness of the waiting room and the great roomy feeling while waiting. If you are concerned with the care you pet receives like me, this hospital will ease your mind.

Everyone was very helpful & kind. This was our kitten's first trip to the vet & I was so nervous for him...but from the Doctor's to Nurses, they all made the experience pleasant. Even lil Dodger wasn't all spazzed out when we finally got him back, he was calm & ready to go home. I really appreciated the experience I had Rancho Regional & will definitely continue my business here.

My Zoey’s health had been deteriorating. I saw nothing but good reviews for Rancho Regional Veterinary and decided to take her there. The entire staff was so friendly and attentive even during these COVID 19 times. Dr. Pan did a full work up on her and let us know exactly what was going on with her. Tests and procedures were not pushed on us. We were advised what was recommended for her to get better. The staff showed us how to administer her medications and what we’d need to do to get her feeling better soon. You can tell they do their job because they truly care about the animals. This is where I’ll be bringing my Zoey and Steve from now on.

Dr Pan very thorough and competent and considerate.

After a bad experience with another veterinary office, we were lucky enough to come across Rancho Regional. We had not had any animals with serious issues until now. We had been in and out of the other office for over a month without any results. After finding our dog very lathargic and bruised all over her abdomen, we took her to Dr Pan at Rancho Regional hospital. He concluded that her condition was so severe that she needed to be taken to an emergency hospital being Rancho Regional is not a 24 hour facility. Dr. Pan worked with Inland Valley emergency for the 3 days she spent there and together came up with a plan for her condition. After she was released, we continued care with Dr. Pan. Although we are still on the road to recovery, the exemplary care given to our girl in this critical time must be noted. Even through the precautions taken for Covid-19, Dr. Pan and staff at Rancho Regional have been nothing short of professional, timely, and communicative. He has helped us understand her condition and answered all questions. They are truly looking after your pet here. So through all this, what could have been a tragic outcome, we found an exceptional veterinary office with a great staff! Thank you, Dr. Pan at Rancho Regional. I wish I could find a family doctor that was as good as you!

Happy with what they provide. Maybe a tad on the higher priced side, but its worth it!
