My dogs Love ???? this place and so do I. They do an excellent job cutting my pomeranians fur and the price are fair.

Pricy but you get what you pay for my dog has never looked better.

Best grooming salon I have been to yet. Quick response to phone calls/messages, good price, and speedy job with quality service. What I loved most was how the groomer greeted my dog with love and as if she had known him forever. She picked him up, rubbed him, and spoke so kindly to him. He was nervous upon arrival and this helped to ease his fears. The second best thing I loved - he wasn’t placed in a kennel. He was able to walk around behind the gate.

This was my first time going here. Fast, clean, awsome job! Will return.

The owner is super nice and is very nice to my dog Rebel. I use to take her to Petsmart to get her groomed but hated having to leave her there for hours. When I take Rebel to groom here she in in and out in about an hour. And she always looks so good.

Amazing! The pet groomer knows how to cut even my difficult dogs hair to perfection! Although I will suggest, if your dog suffers from dry skin, take your own skin friendly shampoo because their shampoo is a little too strong for them. Other then that, excellent service and easy to make appointments!

Called on 7/2/19 for openings on 7/3/19. She put me on hold to "check her calendar " gave me a 2:30 appoint. Made arrangements to get my dog dropped off but she was closed. He wasnt late to appointment or anything. I called several times to no avail. She flat out left us hanging. No call nothing! Highly unprofessional

My wife and I brought our little pup to this lady.We told her don't touch her private parts.We picked our our pup and she was crying and bite her private area.She was all red and in pain.We called the lady and she admitted her assistant did shave her private area.She blamed her assistant.Sje then came to our home and started arguing with us and said it was normal.She came lying and saying nothing was wrong.If U care about ur dog.Dont take her to this abusive woman.She will hurt ur dog.Horrible experience.

She 8s the only groomer that accepts my dog for who he is; she is both understanding and kind.

The owner is very nice and does an amazing job! The prices are very reasonable compared to most pet groomers in Rancho Cucamonga. She has same day appointments and the service is quick. I definitely recommend!!

awesome place. I used to go to petco but they always kept my little dog close to 3 hours. This place was super fast (1 hour) and they don't put your dog in cages while they wait for you. great service and price. Definitely going here from now on.

Grace, the owner and groomer did an outstanding job in grooming our furbabies and making them look clean, trimmed, and cute. Excellent customer service. The doggies were done in 3 hours. $45/dog and a $10 tip for our two doggies. A total of $100 for our 2 doggies.

This place is great...they took my dog in on very very short notice..dropped him off at 4pm on a saturday and picked him up at 5:15pm..my dog looked great...no more petsmart..this place has my business from now on...and cheaper than the big store groomers..

perfection. discounted price. my pet was allowed a huge room to play once she saw he was safe. she found a tick on him and I am so grateful. so much better than large pet store groomers where he is reminded of the dog pound where he came from.
