Their Vip Bath Program is the best deal in town. $55 dollars for 1 month and my dog gets washed 4 times. I take my little guy in once a week.

Took my dog here today to get a de-shedding and wash. She’s shedding even more than when I dropped her off, and they even charged me an extra fee that they never told me about. They did not give me the service that I asked and paid for. We called them and tried to fix it, then proceeded to argue with us over the phone about the poor service they gave us while mixing up their story. Will never be bringing back either of our dogs. All they care about is a quick buck.

We have boarded our pup here 3 times over the past year. And plan on being long time customers. From the first time we came its clear they love animals. We were missing just one shot from the vaccine record. They didn't bend the rules for me, so I appreciate their integrity and concern for the health of my pup.

We brought our cat here to stay for a couple of nights while our house got tented for termites. Very friendly staff and fair pricing. Will be bringing her back to get groomed ????

DO NOT go here.... BOTH times my dogs had pee soaked beds and the staff claimed they just cleaned my dogs but the peed right before we got there. They still charged us for the grooming and claimed both times they did clean them but they spiked themselves before we got there. Both my dogs are crate and house trained and have NEVER had an accident in their crate or kennel. We had to drag their bed out because it was so soaked it left a wet trail while dragging it out of the kennel. My poor pups were pooping and peeing for 4 hours straight when we got home, as if they weren’t let out for days. My female was consistently whining for almost a day when we got home and seemed very skidding. I should have known the second time not to take them there when the staff dragged my dog by the harness in front of me to forcefully shove her into the kennel. Pleaseeee don’t take your fur babies there!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! They treat us like family and they treat our doggie even better. Always accommodating and friendly. I would refer EVERYONE here!

I really love this place. We had to board our 2 germam sheperds while we were away at a wedding. At first we were very worried because we've never left them anywhere. Our fur babies were very well taken care of, they didnt look mistreated at all. I would recommend them to amyone.

Been bringing my fur children here since moving to the IE. Not only are they happy to come in every time, but they are well taken care of (and probably spoiled while here)
