Dr. Owens is amazing!!! My dog loves going, she is always excited when we pull up. They are very thorough & the staff are so good with my dog. I just wish they were closer, I drive from Pasadena. But we'll worth it.

I'm very disappointed in this particular office. I called to make an appointment. It was cancelled due to an emergency on the part of the doctor (which I understand 100%) but the office was unable to reschedule me for another 5 days. I had expressed urgency in wanting my dog to see the Vet because of my dog's ear issues. The receptionist informed me that I would have to pay a "Work-in fee" if I wanted to come in the next day. Wouldn't it be professional / make sense to work in the customer ASAP WITHOUT paying more? Utterly pathetic !

Great place they really take their time to examine your pet and talk with you very knowledgeable and informative.

Dr. Owens is the most caring, compassionate, and knowledgable veterinarian I have ever known. My family and I have been with her (following from previous locations) for almost a decade now. She has been by our side with the loss of two of our beloved family members as well several surgeries, chronic health issues, and more. Her staff is just as amazing, dedicated, and loving as Dr. Owens. I volunteered at Sacred Hearts for one of my college classes and have seen much of the "behind the scenes" Trust me when I tell you, your pets are treated like family. They are just as caring behind the doors and go above and beyond to make sure your furry loved ones are safe, loved, and well cared for. You wont regret taking your pets here!

Stephanie and Dr. Owen's were extremely patient and informative. They helped explain in detail my dogs exam and the heartworm medication recommended for her. Thank you both!

I don't usually do reviews but I've had a Great experience here. Dr. Owen's was wonderful informative and caring. My doggie had surgery and she and her staff took Amazing care of my dog. The girls up front are always welcoming and very nice. Thank you to everyone there

I have been taking my dog here since we rescued him in July and I have been happy every single appointment we have had. The first appt we had, Dr. Owens called me and was extremely thorough with the information from the exam. The staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful and my puppy likes going there and feels very comfortable with them. I highly recommend this vet.

Went in for an emergency visit for my Labrador. Staff was friendly and the visit was smooth. The doctor was very thorough and helpful. The cost of the visit was cheaper than going to a 24 HR emergency clinic. Overall good experience.

This is the best vet I have been to thus far. Their treatments are EXTREMELY affordable and their office visit was less than $40!! They are also all VERY nice. I recommend you all bringing your pets here.

Very friendly! The whole staff is so welcoming and professional. Both assistants and doc spent a good amount of time with my dog on the floor, playing with him and making him feel comfortable while doing the exam. He is usually terrified of the vet but since we've been here a few times this year for his severe allergies, he is excited to be there and remembers them. I won't take my baby dog anywhere else.

So glad I decided to switch to Dr. Owens! She is an amazing vet that takes her time to make sure your four-legged kids are comfortable. She talks you through everything and you can tell she loves what she does. Definitely will recommend her to everyone I know.
