Had trouble with registration online, went into Pomona location to ask for help. They were extremely helpful in everything I asked. The staff makes sure to show you where everything is, the animals were very happy, the facilities are clean, and the staff send you photos of your pet to you everyday to show you how the animals are doing. The price is definitely worth it for your pets. The staff also allows you to come visit your pet when they are open. Very professional staff and services.

I absolutely love this place. They send pictures and give you update on how your dog is doing that day and who they are playing with. They keep the numbers relatively small and seem to keep a really good eye on the dogs. I am so impressed with them and we plan to keep coming back. Can't recommend them enough!

The people here are so incredibly nice and I know my Orion is in a safe place to have fun and play. The manager especially is so accommodating to my dogs needs and the staff is extremely friendly. Cant say enough nice things about this place !

We have a dog who is paralyzed in the back legs and there are very few places that are comfortable to take her. The staff at PSS took her for an overnight with no hesitation and treat us like family! Love the staff and their kindness, towards us and our sweet girl!

!!! Do NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! Left my Frenchie for daycare and grooming. They texted me later that day to say my dog was having an allergic reaction after his bath and was now at some vet in Upland. Turns out they had either left him unattended on a tight collar for a while or the untrained worker was overly aggressive with my dog. This led to a large restriction in his throat creating a large lump and salavary gland collapse. A year later and they are still denying wrong doing and any help towards his surgery. Yup he needs surgery.

Nice folks, they are so sweet to my sweet (terrors) dogs. They do school, day care, and boarding. You can add on treats, walks, nature walks, group play... and so COOL that they send you short video and pics of your dogs while they are there!

Albert was very kind and professional. Very welcoming and you could tell by the staff that they love the animals. The facilities was very clean and the facility didn't smell. I would definitely take my dog there.

Always attentive and our pup likes the staff! They do last minute vaccinations to keep Ruby healthy during her visits.

I can't really give an opinion because we've never used their facility. However, my neighbors use it all of the time and they love it. A bit on the expensive side.

Awesome, friendly, trustworthy pet sitters. We've used them for a few years now to check-in on our cats and dog at how while we're at work, as well as walk our dog periodically. They take great care of our fur babies, they send pics and videos. They've been flexible and accommodating on short notice. Highly recommend.

Amazing place! My dog has been coming here for day care for several months. The day care is great! They keep large and small dogs segregated and pay close attention when introducing new dogs. An employee is also in the group play area at all times for safety. I just finished one on one training sessions with Julian and am beyond pleased! I was not only pleased with the pricing and training techniques, but the time and dedication given to my dog has been beyond what I expected. I definitely recommend PSS Pet Hotel for all your pet needs!

Our dog loves his "vacations" there. Love the daily pictures of his fun! Feel that it's safe, clean and our furry family member is well cared for.

I took my little Suzie there for two weeks. They took such great care of her I didn’t worry about Suzie having anxiety and depression at all. They played with Suzie and gave her tons of hugs and love. They sent me pictures of Suzie everyday. They provide great customer service and more. Let me start off by saying...if you’re a pet parent you know how hard it is to leave your baby in the hands of others...especially for the first time (I cried ????) But little did I know, I had NOTHING to worry about. They were so nice from the beginning (setting up the stay) to the end (picking my baby, Midnight, back up). I could not have picked a better place to care for my son!! They send daily updates WITH PICTURES!! How awesome is that?!?!? And the prices can NOT be beat!! Lance has been the best trainer anyone could ever want. If it wasn't for Lance my dog and I wouldn't have been the best team in the whole world. Don't settle for second best when you can be a winner on the first try. Bucky and Yogi.

Friendly staff and a clean facility made this a great experience for us and our dog, Raven. Love that they have weekend hours. Our pup loves socializing with others dogs so this was perfect for her. We will definitely be back.
