Took my dog here 2×, 1st time it was an Decent job. So I took him back because I could get an appointment pretty quickly. This time it took quite a while to get my dog groomed. when I called to see when grooming would be completed ( it was already past the time that they told me when I dropped him off), the Receptionist did not give a very friendly reply-tone wise. When I picked up my dog he had not been bathed and the haircut was awful. Also, they did not follow instructions not to trim his tail so when I picked him up and his tail was trimmed far past where I had asked him to trim it. Would not recommend!

I have been taking my family dogs to Pet Carousel for nearly 14 years. I’ve visited other grooming establishments and none compare to their prices and work. They truly love your animal and treat them with care and genuine Love. Thank you ladies and gentleman for continuing to be the best grooming facility! Love y’all

Extremely rude, treated my dog poorly she was panicked when I picked her up! This is not the first time I felt that they mistreated my dog horrible mistake going back! Never again!!

I have used several groomers in the past but Carousel is far Superior. They do an excellent job on a consistent basis. Very loving and caring towards your pet. Reasonably priced. You can't ask for anything more. I love it there. Especially the people that work there.

Do not I repeat do NOT take your pets here if you love them at all. My partner and I witnessed upon entering for an appointment a women treating a dogs ear with another woman helping her. The Caucasian woman couldn’t control the small dog who was moving so she picked the dog up and slammed the dog down. She looked up and made eye contact realizing she got caught and was frozen. All the while holding the dog down and squeezing it’s skin. We left immediately. All the workers were in pajamas no professionalism at all. None of these people looked happy to be working. Never going back

We've been coming here for years. They know our pets by name and always take really great care of them. I will never go anywhere else!

Love them! I've been taking my dogs to this establishment for at least 12 years. They've groomed all eight of my dogs over the years. My dogs are all different breeds with different hair types and different personalities and temperaments. The employees are always professional and friendly. They know me and my dogs by name. My dogs are at ease with the groomers and I've never been disappointed in their grooming abilities or the finished result. Fairly priced and convenient drop off and pick up times. Drop off between 7am-10am. Cash or Check only. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Thank you for your excellent service. -Regina and pups
