We have left our kittens here twice for a few nights and this place is wonderful. The staff here are super nice and that to me is so important in making me feel comfortable leaving my fur babies with them. Thank you for taking such good care of them!

This place is awesome!!! Staff is all very friendly. They take care of your fur baby very well. My pup loves going to doggie daycare. He gets all his energy out playing with his doggie buddies. I'm so thankful I found this place!!

I called in September and left a message, and my call was never returned. So I called today, and I was calling as a new customer referred by several friends. I was informed by Veronica's supervisor/manager that due to me being a new customer and my dog being a large breed (Cane Corso), they do not have any openings. The upsetting part is that I was never asked if my dog was full grown or a puppy. It was assumed it was a large dog, and there was no room. Despite being told they have private suites available. My dog is a puppy and only weighs 25lbs. However, Veronica never took the time to inquire or show she is an effective supervisor/manager. Welp, I will never patronize at this establishment.

I am so glad that I found this daycare/pet boarding. The staff was friendly, thorough, and overall took great care of my guinea pigs for 3 days. I look forward to using their services again in the near future!

We love this place. Our dog has been going since 4mths old and we have never regretted it. He gets such amazing care and attention here. We recommend Riverwak all the time!

We just moved here and feel so lucky to have found this place. Our German Shepherd obviously had a great time. They had a swimming pool for him and he loves swimming.

I love this place staff love animals and Bailey is always happy go there . I have peace of mind . When I leave her there .

My dog is always on good behavior when she returns from here. It's nice when you don't take your dog often (about one every 6 months) but the staff remembers her! ????

My dogs are always well taken care of and they love coming here. I am also grateful the staff is very nice and sweet, they will email me photos of my dogs while I am on vacation.

It seemed like my fur babies had a good time during daycare. But when it came down to boarding, if I paid to receive updates and pictures, along with a report card while my babies are boarding there, I should be able to receive those updates at least once during their stay. Keep in mind they were boarding from Friday morning to Monday afternoon. I understand they might get busy, but an alternative to texting or emailing each fur parent, they should probably post Instagram stories or Instagram pictures on their Instagram page more often so that parents can view them there. Not too sure I'll be back for boarding as I feel like I didn't get what It was promised on the website.

Since this was the first time I was leaving my cat at a boarding facility, I wasn't sure really what to expect. This place made the process very easy to understand and they were so very friendly throughout the process. I could tell from the moment I walked in that the cats there were extremely happy and relaxed, which made me feel much better. In fact, I don't think my cat really wanted to come home with me again. He was having too good a time! I was boarding an elderly cat with medication needs, and they did a perfect job caring for him. I'm already planning to board him again in the future.

I have boarded my dog with them for several years. Sadly, my dog is now on medications. When I arrived to drop off my dog, I explained the medications and sorted them out by day and time. The guy at the front said it was fine. My brother picked him up on the 2nd day and when he opened his return bag, 3 bags of medication were not provided and still in the bag. I called the manager and vented my frustration and concern since those bags contain his heart medication. I am upset because no one from their facility called me if they had doubts, questions or required clarification. I will not be returning to this facility again and I consider them a liability and a danger for any pet that needs their medication.

I absolutely love, love, love this place!❤ First, they have the regular kennel cages OR you can pay only a few dollars extra for a private room that even has a window. The little extra you pay for the room is worth it and your fur babies will appreciate the peace and quiet, especially being in a different environment. Secondly, the staff takes great care of their guests and they spend an ample amount of time taking them on walks and spending time with them. Their location is in a very quiet area which is another plus! Be sure to book your fur babies "vacation" well in advance because the resort seems to fill up pretty fast.

Reasonable prices and friendly staff. My cats seemed to enjoy their time being boarded, as much as cats can enjoy that sort of thing. It was easy to drop them off and pick them up.

Great place and my dog seemed to have a blast! The front counter folks are super nice and listened to my requests regarding my dog. My only issue is that they allow cats, but that’s more of my issue and not theirs! Overall, a wonderful experience and I will be using them for all future boardings.

This is my "GO TO" place for my pets to board or for day care. Super friendly staff. You can tell they love animals. Worry free, stress free that your extended family will be well taken care of!

Great place for all sizes of dogs (& cats).

Great place to board your pets for a short term. They board cats and dogs. The cat room is right behind the front desk. The dogs are taken back to a separate area. Dogs are taken for walks and photos are taken for the owners. There shelves where owners can buy cat and dog releted items. (Mostly dog related).

We've only gone one day so far but my puppy had a great time and the staff is so friendly and kind. I absolutely love that they gave us a report card of how she did and even printed a few photos. Update: I've been taking my puppy about once a week since the beginning of December and she loves her time at doggy daycare. She's a barker and the staff are all wonderful and friendly and always happy to see her.

I take my puppy here for doggy daycare and have him boarded here too. I really love it because he isn't locked up in his kennel the whole day, he gets to run and play with the other dogs there. He loves going and is always tired when he clme home.
