Workers are so kind and friendly, also very helpful. They have Self Dog Washing stations to wash your own pup, as well as a Grooming Dept if you would like them to take the reigns. Great selection of retail pet products, and in all sizes! They even had size xxxs for my Chihuahua!

This place is awesome! The customer service is outstanding. Jasmine and Tana are the best! So helpful, friendly and informative. I take my dog Lola here to have a bath and blow dry, self service, in one of their 3 huge tubs. They are amazing and Lola loves it. The tubs have a rinse and shampoo setting. They have several shampoos and conditioner you can set the settings too and they work so great! Super easy to use. They provide towels and ear wipes and if you want to lather them up several times, it’s fine. The blow dryer is perfect for Lola. She’s a doodle and curly and the dryers get her fur so soft and silky and near straight. Doesn’t get overly hot, so no worries about the dog being burned by the dryer. It’s one setting. There are 3 dryer stalls. I have seen tiny dogs being bathed by their owners here as well as the hugest dogs too. It’s a great setup and I appreciate the kind customer service. Jasmine remembered my name today when I came in. It totally took me by surprise and gave me a big smile. The fee is $15 or you can have unlimited shampoos for 2 dogs for $45 a month. Great price. I highly recommend this place.

Nice enough neighborhood Pet place. My friend likes this place , so I wanted to get her a Gift Card for her fur baby. Given 3 stars because they do not sell Gift Cards , which is the reason I went in.

I visited the Rancho Cordova location for the first time today. First of all the soap never came out of the sprayer but one of the employees fixed that. When it was time for me to dry my 5 pound Chihuahuas I realized the blower dryer was too powerful and they weren’t any settings to minimize it. My dogs were in extreme distress and one kind of employee suggested that maybe the groomer could help me finish drying them. They did but later on she came to tell me she sort of got in trouble for this. She kindly said they would not do this again and I told her that was not going to happen again because I realized the dog wash wasn’t equipped for such small dogs so I will not come back. As I was leaving I told the only male employee working there that I was glad the other employee fixed the issue with dryer otherwise I would’ve had to officially complain and he basically just walked away and left me talking to myself. I have no idea what his name was but he was rude and on top of that he was annoyed that the other employee fixed my issue. I am very disappointed this happened during my first visit. It’s unfortunate that I have to take my business somewhere too. I am even more disappointed that an employee that fixed things got in trouble for it.

Place is great. Staff is so helpful. I have a very picky eater and they allow returns on food. Just the best.

Great self wash. Husky Friendly. We COVERED the place in fur like only a Husky could and the staff was super nice about it. We'll definitely bring our furball back. Very cheaply priced.

This was our first time at Bark Avenue. Our Wonderful groomer Devon took care of our Sadie like the Queen she is. 1 dog per groomer. Love it. Robin greeted us with a warm hello and a smile. We will definitely be back.

Excellent, friendly service. They gave a wide variety of different dog food, including the one my dog likes, Fromm Gold. Tons of treats and things. Also they have a dog washing area you can rent which appears to be very convenient for the clientele.

This was my first time here. I had my dog groomed and they did a great job. While I was there I enquired about nail trimmings for my two other large breed dogs. They trimmed one while I was there and the other when I picked up my dog from grooming. Amazing service and good prices! I will be back as a loyal customer. Great place!!

Dog Grooming - I had my mini poodle groomed here yesterday April 2020. I was very pleased with how well my dog turned out. They LISTENED and groomed him the way I requested. It was PERFECT. Monica did a FANTASTIC job. This is the only place I found open during the shelter-in-place (COVID-19). Bark Avenue will be the only place I will take my dog for now on. Thank you so much for a lovely experience :)

Took my recently adopted Brussels Griffon mix in for her first grooming experience. Heather is amazing, Maddie was so calm, absolutely zero anxiety. Will definitely be returning. Price is perfect!
