my usual vet wouldn't take an appointment for 5 days. Called this place and I was there 10 minutes later. Got the job done efficiently. Will return (hopefully not) -- highly recommend

We are new clients. What we have encountered so far, has been helpful and caring. I give 5 stars now for the tender loving care we received for our newly adopted dog, and the timely manner they were able to set an appointment. We were seen right away with no wait time, during the scheduling of the appointment and the day of for the visit! We were also brought into the clinic for the patients visit. (most vet clinics post covid still have you wait outside during the pets visit) The facility is well kept, very clean, and organized. The staff are super knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We can't wait for our next visit!

Worst Vet I have ever been to. He is cold, has no compassion and traumatized us while euthanizing our beloved 17 year old siamese cat. Both my daughter and I are still dealing with PTSD because of the experience. He didnt show 1% caring about my cat and just wanted to get the job done because as he says he had patients waiting. Now he writes on Yelp this big story taking no accountability on how we were treated and mentioned the mental health of his staff. Someone else just posted a one star review which matches our opinion of the egotistical doctor. Their are many great Vets stay clear of this one. His office is unkempt you hear animals in distress and their is no separation between rooms. The only thing you see on the wall is flea medication poison which was a red flag. I made a bad decision coming here that I will have to live with. I did receive a card from them but it didnt even have my pets name on it.p

Overall: - 4 stars; above expectations Veterinary service: - 3 stars; meets expectations - the main vet has misdiagnosed our cat in 1 of about 12 examinations - the substitute vets misdiagnosed our cats in 3 of 4 examinations - after a surgery, the vet gave his cell# and was extremely helpful and responsive; when we'd text, he'd call back with thorough, helpful, and patient answers - he clearly cares for and empathizes with the animals Staff: - 4 stars; above expectations - all staff we've interacted with have been extremely (1) polite, pleasant, and respectful (2) helpful, (3) knowledgeable, and (4) quick and efficient - being able to email questions and get either an email or phone response within a few hours is exceptional

We've been going to Dr Singh for over 20 years. The service, professionalism, care and knowledge is second to none. I do not hesitate to say bring your pet(s) here.

Dr. Singh and his staff were excellent! We called several places to take our dog to the vet when we noticed his breathing was off and not one person could make the time to see him, except Poway AMC. We explained what was going on over the phone and they had us drive right over. They took great care of us and got an immediate X-Ray to check him out, and ended up sending us to the Emergency Hospital. They called the Hospital while we were leaving and told them we had a critical care patient so that we didn't have to wait once we arrived there. They were very quick and efficient and loving. It was great to get in quickly and they saved our dogs life by making time for those X-rays and the exam. They were very cost efficient as well!

This has been our vet for last 1.5 years. Always super flexible staff ready to help with anything from the routine to emergency.

This is the most Pet Caring hospital that I've ever been to. They have proved to me that pets come before payment.. When a Vet scoops up your pet and begins treating your pet without first regard of how they will be paid, truly lets your heart rest at ease and thank God you've made the choice to come here..They're The Best!

Dr Singh & his staff are awesome. They truly care about your pet. They speak in reality. They don't try to sell you things that aren't needed or that would only prolong suffering. I trust them.

Dr Singh is a compassionate veterinary. He and his staff helped our dog after she was viciously attacked by a mastiff. We were in town visiting and he took quick care even tho we were not locals. Thank you, Dr Singh for the wonderful, kind care you provided.

I live in Ramona, and none of the Ramona animal hospitals had any openings to see my cat for her eye infection. I called Animal Medical Hospital of Poway and they gave me an appointment in the afternoon and saw me within a half an hour of when I arrived. They were checking people in in the parking lot and bringing the animals in without their owners. But since Mochi was new to their practice they let me come in. Dr Singh and all of the folks who are assisting were great. Mochi was not afraid of them and she let me and the doctors handle her without any drama. I think that says a lot about the vibe in the office. It's only about 20 minutes down the hill so if you cannot get an appointment with your animals in Ramona this is a great alternative. It seems like a small office with one doctor and a lot of great supporting people.

Unfortunately I had to put my ratties down due to age. I called everywhere in poway area and everyone was super expensive. They were caring and genuine.

They are always available and willing to work with you. They definitely care about their patients and put your animal's best interest first. 10/10 would recommend.

I have recently moved to area and needed my cat seen after an altercation with my daughter's dog. Dr Singh and his staff were pleasant professional and saw my pet the same day I called!! I was very grateful and pleased with their kind and compassionate care. I plan to have them as my new vet!!

The only vet in San Diego I trust. They actually care about the animals and people they are helping. Dr. Singh is amazing and I recommend him every chance I get. My dog had horrible anxiety at the vet from a bad experience when she was young and even tried to bite the vet techs. Dr. Singh and the amazing people at his office never made me or my dog feel bad or uncomfortable. Thank you animal medical hospital!!

My pets have been pup patients of Dr. Singh for 11 years and I drive 30 minutes to ensure the highest quality of care for my animals. Dr. Singh has compassionately taken care of my Yorkie’s broken leg, wrapping his leg every single day for months, to sending him to puppy heaven. He saved my Lab/Shepherd from Sarcoma cancer and did major ground breaking surgery on his leg with skin graft, requiring a four month heal time. He saved my Lab/Shepherd a second time when my pup ate something poisonous. Dr. Singh is of the highest quality and class, I trust him immensely. He has always been there for me and his staff is extremely kind and caring. I am an involved animal lover and I advocate strongly for humane treatment. Most vets take your pet away while diagnostics, injections, or IV’s are being administered. Dr. Singh listens and recognizes that your pet is in the best hands being held by it’s owner. I am forever grateful to Dr. Singh. He always listens to my concerns and takes an active role in the health and care of my pet.

This is a great place to bring you pet. Dr. Singh is absolutely fantastic and there is no one else I would trust the health of my pet to. One of the kindest and caring souls a person will ever find. I have been coming here for over 10 years for monthly treatment for my dog who lives with Addison's disease. Even though she has to get a shot every month she is always very happy to go and visit the staff. The staff is very kind and attentive, and you l can tell that Dr. Singh only hires the best of the best and it show in the quality of care provided. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about all sort of varieties of animals and common and unique illness that can cause problem their health.This is my go to vet for both of my dogs because of how great the staff is. I am grateful I have such an amazing Vet and will continue to use them for as long as I have a family member who needs veterinary care.

Great experience with Dr Singh and his team. I switched here based on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did, they are knowledgeable and very thorough in their approach and follow up.
