Was happy with the Dr and evaluation but when the vet tech was bringing my sick cat, that hasnt been eating and vomiting for days, he was bumping her carrier off his leg and swinging it from knee to mid thigh. I wanted to yell at him. It was a long day for me... Another appt today. Still here. Same vet tec today seemed more alert and careful. I know they have stressful jobs . The Drs are fantastic and the staff is very friendly and kind. I can look past the incident I saw on the first visit because theyve been exceptional since.

I found them on Google I looked at the remarks they're very professional they're really good and they have great prices.

i brought in my senior dog that had been stung by a bee on the nose and it took 3 hours and over 300$ for them to tell me it was a minor problem. they not even give any medicine or anything to soothe my dog. TOO EXPENSIVE AND TOOK FOREVER!! they tried charging me for flee medication which wasn't needed. NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

So far my experiences with this animal hospital have been wonderful. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Courteous and gentle with my fur babies which is always a priority for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Whet with my daughter and my husband just to look mind you. Came home with a cat and I am allergic to cats. But I guess I'm not allergic to her thanks to my allergy shots ???? we love her dearly we only paid $5 for her being spayed and all her shots. I think my daughter got her research before we went. Knowing it was only $5 for the complete adoption ,& spay&shots included.

Really changed for the better over the years

The service from what I can see was great. Now when it comes to prices thats a whole different ball park. Over priced. No better way to put it. It's over priced compared to other vents. One thing I absolutely didn't like was that you can't go in with your dog and the vet.Yes it's very important. You just chill outside and they'll  call your phone when they're ready. For example in my case I got a check up and it took em about 40 mins with my dog. After the check up when they were giving me a quote I noticed they didn't give me anything or suggest anything about the missing skin on my dogs nail. I than asked them and they said oh...I'll have the vet check on that. And waited a whole 25 more mins. If I would've been in there with my dog it would've taken of couple of mins if not seconds. Hence the reason why it's important to be with your dog and the vet. Overall it's a good place with happy people. Just fix them prices and yes I am aware that they don't let you in because of covid but a couple of other vets in the area let you go in with your pet and sanitize the area really well. I have been bringing my animals to this vet office for over 25 years. Dr. Khan and his staff have literally known several of my pets from adoption date to crossing the rainbow bridge. All the staff is very compassionate and truly love animals of all kinds. I also love that they have clinic dates, offer sales and will work with you on a payment plan. They even did that 20 years ago, no one else did that at that time. Veterinary services are never cheap but at the least here you know you're not getting gouged. Even just your basic kitten check-up, my sister when to a different "cheaper" vet in West Covina, she spent $500 more than I did!! LOVE LOVE LOVE Pomona Valley Veterinary Hospital.

Had to take my dog to another vet right away due to my vet having a long wait and my dog needed to be seen. They were busy as well but made accommodations for my dog. She had issues with her ear and they saw her and gave me updates. I would recommend this place to others and go back!!

This office is great! I got an appointment right away. We couldn't go in because of Covid, but they took good care of my little Cupcake. I would definitely recommend them!

We had an emergency with our cat Mags. Everyone in this office was kind, gentle and caring. Mags was well taken care of for the two days she was there. Thanks for your help.

They are all amazing, professional and truly care about our pets. They treat them with tender loving care. When you have an appt. for your pet you have to wait outside. Abraham was so sweet and came out to my car to explain what my dog needed and go over everything with me, making sure I understood. I just wanted to thank him for going above and beyond.

Doctor Khan and staff are the best hands down - The care for our pets is top quality... they are all professional and very responsive to any questions and concerns....

I have to take responsibility for not asking ahead of time how much a “consult” to see what the source of my dog’s bad breath was coming from, but veterinarians can be a little more forthcoming though. A heads up regarding how much labs cost, a break down of the cost of cleaning, etc., and the money of the consult and labs to reduce the total cost ($544 with one possible extraction; $50 for any additional) would be nice...especially when labs are only good for two weeks! Beware folks...
