They are an extraordinary amazing team. After taking my Bambi for any of the reason I took her for they always called me to ask for my dogs health. Which I found it's a good thing to know, you have a vet that keeps track of the well being of your pets.

Have been there several times! They have extended their hours and they gave my dog great care and took plenty of time w me to make sure I understood the meds and also if I had any questions! Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

This place took unbelievably good care of my baby boy, Rocco. We found our veterinarian! The vet techs Kathryn and Christina were caring, professional, responsive, and overall fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. My dog was very sick, and they made him all better. They avoided surgery with their top quality care. I’m so grateful. The vet was amazing as well, we love them. If you take your beloved pet here, they will be in good hands.

Its been 2 years later from almost losing my Suzi Kitty...She had to have a very careful and questionable surgery to keep her alive. I just wanted to share that Suzi is loving her purrrring life and feeling the best ever! Dr Ransom and his staff are the friendliest and most caring vet group I have ever been to! They go out of their way to make both pet and owner feel comfortable. My cat had to have multiple surgeries, and they worked with me to help keep the cost down, as well as show so much love and affection to my kitty during the whole process. I would recommend them to every pet owner around! ❤️

I love this veterinarian. I just moved here recently and I brought my senior dog for a simple checkup. There were some things that had been going on with her for four years that a different vet told me was nothing to worry about and dismissed it. I got here and the Doctor informed me that the symptoms she was displaying could be indications of a much more serious problem. She told me what I could do to get this checked out, but did not push me into making any decisions that would cost a lot of money. I had some test done and my dog had high liver enzymes and a high white blood cell count. This could have been addressed much sooner if my vet elsewhere would have taken the time or initiative. I'm so grateful that I came to this vet to have a general check-up done! Also, my dog has been more energetic and has stopped displaying some of the symptoms as much as she had before! I truly believe that this vet has given me more quality time with my baby!

They have a wide variety of pet products for my dog. Prices are a bit high, but we like the store.

vet said my cat had urinary tract infection after two visits and 500.00 dollars my cat is still sick now vet is saying didn't have that must be something else and wants to do more tests No Thanks he is a lier

I'm so sorry I'm reply back late to post a msg on pet depot veterinary I'm extremely highly satisfy with your great customer service from all of staff members in la Verne I appreciate for your support on baby princess you guys did all you could to save my baby princess but she was really sick but she will be in my heart and always remember of me she use to wake me up for meal breakfast and knew what I was arrived at home so she can have her dinner on schedule I still think of my baby princess but I know she is watching me up from heaven amen I remember when I got her she was a baby 6 to 7 months old thank you for your service from pet depot veterinary I'll be back to be register a new puppy by 2022 or 2023 I'll be bring a male and female dog's to register confirmed

We'll I'm extremely satisfy with Pet Depot veterinarian Group city of La Verne Ca I was there on August 28,29, 2018 I took my baby princess was not feeling well at all she was extremely sick when I arrived there they took we'll care of her and me mom was with me I waited for the final results she had kidney failure extremely it broken my heart but the staff from Katie's Pet Depot Veterinary Group City of La Verne I give them a rate Five Stars Plus because they did everything they could save my puppy but there was no way to make her live she was extremely Tire sleeping didn't want to eat no more food it made me extremely sad heart broken a lot there was nothing they can do its is generic comes from the parents mom & dad breed Chihuahua 100% I appreciate all staff members who are there with me during the time I was going through emotionally depression anxiety over my puppy I when came back on August 29,2018 to say good bye for over they had to put two injections to put a sleep but she was suffering a lot with pains I wasn't aware she was going through pains kidney failure it's very expensive if you don't have insurance pet not cheap extremely expensive to pay monthly premiums and I found out too late times are hard if you don't have a job and not able too afford it will break your heart for that special pet you had for many years I will always remember my pet baby princess in my heart rest in peace baby princess she made it for her birthday 9-16-18 was born 9-16-06 I will always have you in my heart for life If I had the money I would do anything to save my puppy baby princess but now she is in a good place up in heaven with God amen .

Dr Ransom is an excellent Vet and the staff is always helpful

I was very pleased with my experience with all the staff here. We were taken into a room shortly after we arrived and they treated my pug really well. They educated me on what was going on with his eye and took the time to go over all the prescriptions so I felt confident in continuing his care at home. I've been to many vets over the years and this place is by far my favorite.

Amazing caring staff and talented Dr Ransom are just the ticket whenever you have any concerns about your fur babies! Juicy just had a cancer mass removed from her arm and she is just as new! Thank you everyone for all of your support!

Awesome place for ours animals care , full of services , friendly vets , dr , good medicine for my amazing dog she happy , treats, my dog has no flea trouble good pill every 3 month , they do dog grooming, bath etc , full of stuff of animals life , go check this place

Convenient has everything vet grooming specials for seniors on Wed. So items are a little pricey.

Love these Girls, Tica and Tori are wonderful, took very good care of both my babies. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure that both my babies were happy. The Vet was wonderful too she took her time to check out both my babies and find the best care for both of them. I have been to many clinics and none can compare to the service i received from these wonderful ladies.

They are great! Special thanks to Tica she took good care of us and my due baby Zeus! ♡
