Vet is good. Nice selection of products. Considerably more expensive than ordering online. Employees at vet wear masks but for some reason the ones at checkout for the store do not nor do a number of customers. ????

Absolutely love this place! This shop has everything my doggo needs, so no more going to different shops! This location has the friendliest staff always. The shop is always clean, organized, and well stoked. Ive only shopped here for dog supplies, and my experience is always 5 Star. The brands they carry are great. Toys and snacks are great too. I always have a good time shopping here.

Love Katie's Depot. Everyone is so sweet and friendly. Need help, they will help you. Got my parakeets there. And buy the Volkmann parakeets food. And I love talking to Chubby the Parrot. Highly recommend this place to everyone for animal supplies.

Has a good energy feel and everyone is always helpful.

My poor pittie ended up w hot spots and several women tried to help me..I thought that was amazing! Usually you can never find a person and I had several..way to go in my book..

These guys at the pet doctors are great.

Nice variety of products. I found probiotic spray that helps each day for my dogs yeasty smell instead of having to bath her every day.

Everyone is so helpful and good with the animals. Highly recommend.

Starting going to Katie's Pet Depot over a year ago, when we moved into the neighborhood and wanted to support our local businesses. They caring all brands but what makes this pet store unique is their employees. They're all so friendly and knowledgeable and they absolutely love your pets when you bring them in.. This store is great for your pets needs. The staff is very knowlegable about their products and most helpfull. There is an in house Vet who is awesome plus great grooming services. Much better here than the bog box pet stores like Pets Mart etc.

Always helpful and kind. They do their best to find what I need or give suggestions.

I came here because I wanted to support a smaller business instead of a chain. Turns out, they charge double for the same exact products that the chain stores have. I don't mind paying a little more to support a local business. But double? Dewormer is $14 at petco. Same exact one was $30 here. The customer service was amazing, but for double the price and no returns, I will not shop here again.

A bit pricey but they have my dog food and they are local. I loved my vet here but she has since moved on and ever since, there seems to be a frequent turnover of vets.....why? On one of my last visits to the vet I had a problem with some of the meds and they offered to discount the vet but not the meds. This sounded to me like the vet would make less but they wanted full price for the meds. I asked for a prescription so I could send it in to Petmeds only to find out that they will not authorize the order via phone or fax. I took it to a local pharmacy and the prescription was filled for less than half the price that Katies Vet Clinic wanted to charge me. I am all for supporting small business because I own one, but their prices gouging is a bit offensive. I also wonder if this is why they have a hard time keeping vets.

Great place, wonderful customer service and lots of toys and good options for your pets.
