Lucky Pet's Grooming Salon Pomona, California

Chanel has been at the groomers since 10:00 a.m. with an appointment. They barely started her at 2:20 p.m. and complained that she has knot. They shaved her against my request. So unprofessional. She been waiting and not been feed. This is the worst experience. I try to support my neighbor businesses. Example like this keep me out of Pomona. I'm so disappointed All in all, great groomers.

Vert welcoming and professional service

I took my 8lb terrier mix doggy to this grooming salon because of the good reviews. When i picked him up the guy was finishing shaving my dogs face and he didn't even do the hairs in his ears. His nails weren't done and I doubt they even brushed his teeth since he neglected on doing all the other stuff. My dog had patches of fur everywhere, I had to go home and trim it down. I wasn’t that impressed but they didn’t take long.

We brought my big dogs here a couple months ago,and paid 50 each for pet grooming. Took them back and they charged 75 each. This place is a small hole in wall and I was supporting small businesses but for this price I will be going back to petsmart

They always do a great job and my puppy doesn't come back scared, which has happened at other groomer

Very professional and offer a lot of different services. They make sure they know what you want and know what they are doing. Prices are very basic too and you get what you pay for!

Quick, full grooming of both my shitzu and rat terrier/chihuahua mix. I continue to be a customer after taking an impromptu suggestion from a neighbor of a local shop. I've been taking my fur-babies well over a year now. There are never any knicks or scratches, even when I ask for a close shave on my shihtzu for his summer look. They have helped minimize the shedding of my rat terrier/chihuahua mix, and also take care of his long nails.

I came for their traveling dental cleaning. Place is very cool clean and friendly.

They grabbed my puppy by the neck and pressed it on the table because he was scared of his first time hearing clippers, if you wanna groom animals at least have a heart to love animals! Not abuse them !!!

Cheaper prices than most places, love their service and provide awesome tips for the puppies. I sometimes can go a bit longer than usual to take my dogs in and they always charge me the same price. Love this place!!

I highly recommend this place. They’re awesome and very caring with our pets. I almost wanted mobile pet grooming services, but decided against it as many places had answering service, and the price was too steep. Normally, I take mine to Unleashed to bathe them myself, but decided to have them groomed by someone else. I came across this place when I stopped at Brush n Pupps grooming place, but it looked like it’s out of business. So I googled the map for the next local, that’s how I came across this place. Thank you Lucky Pet’s Grooming salon!!!!! You staff are AWESOME!!! Will be coming back!

I take my furbaby every 3 months for her grooming and once a month for a bath the staff is great friendly and wonderful with my Mary and very gentle
