The impression about the club is only positive. All are friendly and positive. Since I have a dog for the first time, classes with a cynologist were very useful and informative for me. The cynologists of the club helped to solve the problem with the selection of food on the street. Many thanks to the whole team of the royal dog academy

I want to thank Maxim! It so happened that the first dog in my life was a beagle puppy and a complete lack of understanding about his upbringing. From two months we began to study with Ksenia and this was the most correct decision that could be made.

Thanks for your work. I tried to study with my Doberman on my own. Nothing succeeded. In addition, he constantly spoiled the furniture in the house. I applied to this school, studied with the coach Maxim. From the results: we stopped spoiling the furniture and we know such basic commands as sit, lie down and the like. I can recommend, I am satisfied with the result.

****Update 8/2021**** I took my dogs in for a play day, and when my spouse went to pick them up, they charged us $60. I called to ask why they charged, when we had purchased 10-day dog daycare groupons for each of the dogs, and we had only brought them once on the vouchers. The "manager" said they are no longer accepted the groupon vouchers. Okay, well they had already activated them and supposedly put the 10-days daycare credited to each of our dogs' account records. They told us they have no way of knowing who bought what groupon....do they not have a computer? umm, I have a copy of said vouchers, and any dates that my dogs had been to their business prior and after we bought the vouchers. Their response was to tell me to "try to get a refund from groupon", but they had already used the vouchers... so the "manager" then offered to only charge us $10/each for "the next several visits". We brought them in and Royal Dog Academy totally reversed their position and told us we would have to pay full price. One of my dogs was also missing her collar and tags. I just can not do business with businesses that rip people off. So, I can no longer recommend Royal Dog Academy. My dogs are happy and worn out from all of the play they get at the daycare at Royal Dog Academy. My Malinois is a bit high strung and my Husky definitely has separation issues, but all of the staff are impressive with redirecting my dogs and avoiding problems. I am also impressed with how seriously they take Covid-19 precautions, and I have no doubts my dogs are safe and happy during their visits.

I took my dog for two days there. We end up taking him to Vet because he developed wounds on his face. Th Vet had to shave both his cheeks to find out what happened. We end up with approximately 500$ bill from Vet, lots of medication. I contacted day care and sent them my dog picture and asked them " what happened? What went wrong? Why was he injured???" I gave them few days to get back to me before I post a yelp review but they didn't call me back. I am beyond mad. My dog is still not feeling good. ????????????????????????

TERRIBLE AND SHADY place to try to work at ! They invite you for a 5 hour "interview" to watch them "train" dogs but instead they make you clean. They make you clean the hallways, the bathrooms, the break room, and the training room. And this is for a position titled "Training Assistant". Crazy huh. Must be nice for them to get some free labor without having to pay anyone because they are too lazy to do it themselves. They say everyone who's interviewing has to do this in order to see the person's "work ethic". Sounds illegal to me. Probably correlates to the kind of service they give customers too. Stay away.

The hiring employee called me in to come in for a "hands-on" interview that would consist of going out on a walk with the dogs. When I showed up at their business location, they explained that training would be voluntary, and that I would be working with the dogs to see if the position was a match. Instead, I ended up cleaning up their dishes, floors, and countertops without pay. That is the worst and most unprofessional "interview" experience I have ever had. Cleaning on-the-job is fine, but the company should at least be honest before bringing someone in and not telling them that they would be cleaning without pay (until you're put on the spot and sitting right in front of them). It is wrong, disrespectful, and entirely unprofessional. Not only that, but the kennels smelt so strongly of dog urine I felt that I was going to pass out. Shadiest business ever.

This facility is so ignorant, they are using Prong collars on dogs and they are not fitted correctly, when prongs are lose they can be dangerous. Not to mention prongs are not meant to be used the way they are using them. You are going to injur a dog due to your ignorance. I would never send my dog here ever.

Took my 10 week old and 1 1/2 year old pups in to get training and at least learn some basic training, but instead received a poor excuse for a consultation which boiled down to them spending 10 minutes with each dog, then pitching me on extremely expensive classes that my dogs didn’t need. On top of that, they promised to sanitize the area and assured me my dogs wouldn’t be in any areas that could result in them getting sick, however my dogs both contracted kennel cough within the week after our visit (my dogs have been in contact with no other dogs other than when they were there). DONT BOTHER!

I am very thankful I brought my 4 month old yorkie puppy to Royal Dog Academy. We put our puppy Chewie through the 21 day bootcamp. Basic puppy obedience is so important for the beginning stages of their life, physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Max was so helpful in training us as owners in how to give our puppies guidance, support, and most importantly stressing the need for the owner-puppy bond. Once that was established, Chewie loved to practice these skills at home everyday, with or without treats. The bond was strong and he eventually wanted to work for our affection. He learned basic commands such as sit, down, up, heal, come, place, leave it, and go. He was given many agility obstacles daily and many exercises for mental stimulation. On his last 2 days, he learned to ride on a skateboard! Max trained him on agility, balance and overall learning his body to be less clumsy. We practiced with a leash indoors and outdoors with Max. Chewie is a 2.6 pound teacup puppy and came into boot camp very shy and afraid. By the first few days after we took him home from bootcamp, his confidence grew so much. He would go up and down stairs without fear (a single stairs is taller than him) and he wouldn't run outside when I opened the door. He would simply look at me for his next command. Chewie was able to meet a handful of ther dogs to socialize with as well as work through distractions. A few of our private sessions included Max guiding me as the owner on keeping Chewie's focus while another dog and dog owner were in the room training. Chewie did very well and as with ANYTHING, practice makes perfect. What we learned as owners here, we continue to train at home, outside, with distractions and more socialization. I learned that the most important things in a dog's life are mental stimulation, exercise, quality bonding time with their owner and having a job! Chewie loves to work for his favorite toy. Before we have play time and exercise, I have him work through his commands to earn it and he loves it! He probably thinks it is part of play time! Now he knows it's a good experience when he follows commands and stays disciplined. Overall, Max provided us with the tools we need to keep control of our dog in everyday situations. Thank you to Max, Anastasia and Allen for being so kind and informative! I learned a lot about my dog and about the importance of obedience training. We will be back to take the family classes for sure. For all the bad reviews, I wonder...is it really the dog or is it the lack of time and work the owner is putting in to the dogs needs? Yes, every dog is different but if you realize your dog needs extra attention and training then you provide the time yourself. I am not a professional dog trainer, nor do I have any place to judge what bad training is, however I saw great results with my puppy WITH practice at home. He's basically a baby and have to have a ton of patience with him. Dogs look to US for guidance. I choose to invest in my puppy because at the end of the day you don't want to be that dog owner who is a liability.

Very unprofessional people. They charge you over $100 for the consultation that is really only them advertising to you what they offer. Pretty shady of them to do this, then they say you can "apply" this money to other classes which is just a bigger scam because they charge you for those too. I don't recommend this place at all. They forced my pup to climb a ramp when he was clearly scared and didn't want to do it. All this just for the sake of trying to sell me the agility class. That are expensive and unprofessional please find somewhere else to train your dog.

Abhorrent training methods that don't properly train the animal. I'm disapointed as a handler and trainer in this business. Some of the methods used lead to stress and injury in dogs. If you genuinely value your animals health and training standards, this is NOT the business for you. PLUS they ILLEGALLY offer "service dog registration " which doesn't legally exist in the states. It's a scam and a cash grab. These things along with improper and inhumane breeding practices are overall disappointing and absolutely deplorable dogmanship.

I honestly don't write reviews but with how much we paid I feel a need to. I purchased the evaluation from groupon. When we went to our apt the person attending us was very knowledgeable. When the owner came in to show us with his dog what the basic obedience training package would include my father and I were very impressed. When they told us the price I wanted to run but my dad was so impressed he offered to pay for it. We did the 20 day program. I had training with a few different trainers and they were all nice. The owner is pretty intense and didn't have patience for me when I was training with him. When I had my training with him he cut my one hour season to only 15mins because he was getting frustrated. I know they are going to say it's my fault my dog isn't doing well because I'm not tough enough on him, but my dogs breed is very sensitive and prone to anxiety. Besides that there is no way he will do anything without food in front of him. We were promised off leash training with the package, but there is no way I can ever leave him off leash. It's been about a month since he finished his training, and I still try to continue the little they taught me at home. But I feel $3,500 was a lot of money to pay just for him to sit, down, and place only when there is food involved. That is my experience with my dog. I am not satisfied. But I do know each dog is different and others experiences might be better than others. In response to the company's response. My dog is still aggressive towards other dogs. And at that training he tried to bite another dog twice. We already paid lot of money and are unsatisfied, I'm not about to pay more to finish the training that should have been done during his time there. My dog can listen but only when food is involved. And still disappointed he didn't learn any of the off leash training we were promised.

Great facility, awesome people to work for, until they started hiring other people. Long story as short as i can make it. Worked for 2 years there doing cleaning services even on personal jobs. They would call and I'd be there. Haven't been working lost my house, tried going to talk to maxim but watchdog he hired upfront won't let me see him! After all i have done. Well goes to show u how shady some people are. I still wish Maxim&his family the best.
