LAST MINUTE LIFESAVERS!! We were visiting the Bay Area and our dog sitter cancelled last minute. Dog Dynasty were so accommodating of our needs and our 3 legged Samoyed had the best time. They were able to bathe him and clip his nails too which was definitely needed. He came out super excited and we were given a full breakdown of how our little guy spent his days with them which is not always the case with other daycares. Would absolutely recommend!

I dropped off our dog last Friday for a few days so the wife and I could get away. I left them with 3 cans of food and two bags of snacks,enough to last until Monday. When I picked her up Mon. morn, there was still two cans left and it looked like the snacks were not even touched. So basically, they starved my dog for two days. I even question if there was water for her. Or even if they let her out of the cage. When I asked the lady at the desk about it, she really had nothing to say. Abby was so hungry when I got her home... Another issue is they're policy of closing by 1:00 on Sunday. They used to be open until 4:00, so now if you can't back in time, they get to charge you for another day. Seems deliberate. I won't be coming back. At least Debbie (the previous owner) cared about the dogs...

Natalie at the front is great! Cindy is great groomer BUT other than that there is nothing good about the place. The owner is not very customer focused... instead of addressing my concerns he was accusatory. My dog came back from boarding and has not eaten for the past day..... also we had given them enough food for the days he was boarded, and when we picked him up, there was a lot of food left over :(

I love this place, we are visiting for work from TX and they took our baby like one of their regulars. They are very knowledgeable and rates are extremely reasonable. We were so lucky to find them.

Unexpected nightmare. 2 weeks boarding here got my 2 dogs (3yo,4yo) extremely sick. Owner claims himself a retired vet and tried to prevent animal hospital.

What happened to this place? A few months ago the outstanding staff working there all left. I've visited a few times since. Once when I went to pick up my dog I was told someone else did and yet she was right there. The next time I asked about the special discount for paying in advance and was told it was for boarding only by the "D" man and yet when I went to pick up my dog the lady told me he was all wrong. The staff used to ask your dogs name. Now it's like they don't care. Had a very uneasy feeling last time I dropped my pup off and even though she was fine upon my arrival until they get a decent staff back in there it's a NO GO for me!

Great dog daycare! They temperament test all dogs so they don't descriminate against my friendly pit bull and he won't get bit by agressive little dogs.

Cory is awesome and very patient with my dog despite my baby can be difficult sometimes. Definitely recommend the grooming service with him!

These people are very absentminded, to the point where it makes life difficult. Twice they forgot, or misplaced my grooming appointment, only to later find “oops, why did I mark it down there?” Twice I had to take her back for grooming because they did not do what I’d asked. Occasionally I would pay extra for a walk, and find out they never took her - they misplaced the appointment, or read the name wrong. Once they gave my dog back without her collar (harness only). I called to verify, and said I would pick it up the next day. The woman INSISTED she drop it off at my home. I gave her my address. Next morning.... no collar. I call them, and Oops! She forgot she said she would bring it by. She kept offering to drop it to me again, but this time I insisted on picking it up. Once I bought a five pack and the next day she told me I owed money. They didn't put it in the computer right so my pack wasn't showing up (make sure you count how many you have left!) Several times when I came to get my dog before 7, I found her in a crate. When I asked about it, i was told "oh, they just ran out for five minutes, that's why they're crated." I find it hard to believe. The owner is very nice, so I give it two stars instead of one, but I can’t say I recommend them. Not only unreliable, but they are expensive compared to others.

Brought our 14 year old Bichon Havanese in for grooming. Cory did a very nice job. Seems like our dog has made a new friend. Looking forward to the next visit.

Slow response for boarding questions. While open on the day I needed, no new intakes. I visited there and walked the property in the middle of the day. I was not overly impressed. The open area toward the back of the building had crated dogs all howling continuously.

I use to work here and my dog lulu and I miss it ssoo much!???????? so much fun for dogs ! So glad that i can honestly say eneryone who works here truly cares about your pup. I definatly miss taking care of my dogs and putting them to bed before getting off work. I play videos I have on my phone from work and Lulu goes crazy hearing her friends in the videos! She misses DD so much ! Oh, they also usually always have puppy adoptions through Love and second chances. This is where I found my baby !???????????????????????????????????????????? love love love DD

Great place for fun and play. The pups love it

My golden went in for some much-needed grooming, he was very shaggy and had lots of dead ends. Came out looking great! He's high energy so I'm sure it wasn't easy to give him a haircut, but he's now a perfectly coiffed teddy bear.
