This place damaged my dogs eye and the way they handled it Was horrible! Actually unbelievable!! Your dog(s) are not safe in there care! Now my dog and I are afraid to get him groomed because of this place!!

Last time my shitzu looked like a rat after grooming and her belly had cut. When I talked to the owner to let her know, she never apologized !!!!! I won’t take my dog there anymore

I was a regular customer and last week they called to cancel my appointment and said they would call the next day to reschedule. I get it, emergencies happen, but nobody called me back. I left 3 messages, finally someone answered the phone. Words cannot explain how rude this person was. She said they had an appointment in 2 weeks and said it would take 6 hours. When I said I wanted something sooner because my dog was already way overdue, she said “not my problem, good luck, you won’t find anyone else, all the local groomers are too busy”. Just appalling customer service.

Not great for poodles. Mine came back with random long stray hairs, ridges in her fur from shaving with skin too tight, uneven cuffs and not a finished smooth look. I called and manager got mad and said my dog was matted because I hadn't been in for so long. She wasn't matted ...I usually groom my own dog and I had completely brushed her out . I ended up spending a couple hours fixing her entire cut. There goes $130

Dr Nick is above all else. The entire staff is also great. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Great service, the best grooming place in town. I fully recommend it. Nicky is a great groomer. My dogs love to come here and be spoiled. They just love it.
