My experience was great. I called about a small laceration that my dog got and you guys got me right in which I was so excited about. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service I have had at your hospital. Front desk staff is always happy and accommodating. Doctors are great hospital is clean and beautiful. Love this place!

I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to after the great experience I had taking my senior dog to Paws of Pleasanton. I immediately felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Bloomberg was friendly, informative, and listened to my concerns regarding my dogs much needed dental procedure and the safety of the procedure with his age and heart condition. She walked me through everything and gave me the confidence I needed to go through with it. The procedure went very well and my dog is feeling much better after getting his teeth extracted. The staff has been great following up to check in on how my dog was doing after everything and really took the time to respond in thoughtful ways. Needless to say, I'm recommending them to all my fur parent friends!

I love how friendly everyone is when you walk in the door. Dr. Sterbentz is so great with my dog Teddy; she takes her time to make sure he is comfortable while examining him and listens to all of my questions. I feel like I am being heard which I really appreciate! The office is very clean and modern. They are the best!

As a first time dog owner, they explained the whole process of how they would take care of our pup . The doctor spent a good amount of time, patiently examining our pup, and also explaining all aspects of taking care of the pup. All staff members are very inviting and you feel confident that ur pup is in good highly experienced hands. We are so glad we went to them.

We have had Dr.Hardy as our vet for a long time and she is truly the best. She is compassionate and will always listen to the concerns you have. Everyone at Paws of Pleasanton is fantastic. It is best experience you and your fur babies can have at a vet office. ???? I don’t even have a cat but I want to go into the cat room because it is so cool looking. ???? Doggies are obviously not allowed inside the cat room so I just admire from outside window.

My dog doc had a eye infection and they where able to see me that morning. The doctor and staff where very friendly and professional. Clean place from what I saw. Definitely my new vet for doc.

A new, up-to-date facility run by three caring vets. We have been going here with our new puppy for several months and have been pleased by the service and care they give our pup. Glad to have them in town!

Easily the best vet I have ever had.

This is the best veterinarian clinic I have ever experienced. I brought my 11 year old Pom here who was very ill. She stopped eating and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Long story short she had to get two surgeries back to back. Dr. Bloomberg and Dr. Hardy both operated on her. The staff is so courteous, nice, and professional. Dr. Bloomberg is very kind and sweet which helps through this hard process. Also they are reliable on being able to get an appointment. Cassidy is in the front and she always tries to accommodate the appointment based on your need. This veterinarian clinic is pricey but it is all worth it. Good quality care for your 4 legged baby. Thank you paws of Pleasanton for making a huge difference.

The staff was amazing, our 5 month German Shepard has never been to the vet before. They were so great with him. We have found our forever.

Being our first puppy, we were not aware of most details. Dr. hardy was kind to sit with the puppy and give us a complete orientation and also she was patient to answer all our questions.

So kind, such a great vet. 100% trust them with our pet. No surprise costs, and willing to take the time with you to answer fully all questions.

I needed an appointment for my dog and I was seen on same day.

The entire staff at Paws of Pleasanton are exceptional, but Dr. Bloomberg seems to have the magic calming touch with my "I'm terrified of going to the Vet" dog. Dr. Bloomberg is GREAT with Tipper and the only doctor I trust with her

Our new favorite vet! Everyone is super friendly and kind and patient. Everyone on staff takes the time to explain things in detail and you can tell they truly care about the wellness of your pets

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet. They treated my kitty with so much love and care, and were prompt with a follow up call to make sure he’s okay. They also sent me a full report of his blood and urine results, which no other vet has done for us before. I would highly recommend!

The staff is so friendly and Dr. Hardy is so natural and friendly with our puppy Thor and he is always so excited to see everyone! The staff really listens to your concerns and does everything they can to explain things to you so that you don't worry. The services are a little pricey but well worth it for the wonderful and prompt care you receive.

Everything was perfect! I recently moved here from San Jose and was nervous about finding a new vet for Gilby. I'm so glad I found them :) Staff is professional and friendly. They understood right away how nervous Gilby was and never forced him out of his comfort zone. I will most definitely make this vet for years to come.

Dr. Bloomberg made was so great! Really kind and compassionate demeanor. She sat on the floor with our kitten for the whole exam and was very informative and non-judgmental about our little overweight cat. Front desk and nursing staff was also very kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend.

Simba (my black Labrador puppy) has been going to paws of pleasanton since the start. I cannot think of reasons to complain for any reason whatsoever. Dr. Hardy and the entire staff has assisted us to date and will continue to avail your competent clinic’s services in the future.

Paws staff are professional, so friendly and make both me and my dog feel welcome. I love this vet. Paws was recommended to me when I moved into town by some of my Dog Park friends. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The rooms are cozy and comfortable much more warm feeling than typical vet offices. It’s SUPER easy to make an appointment. I love the ability to select my date/time/doctor directly from my phone. I’ve never had trouble finding an appt even last minute. My dog is happy and comfortable here.

I've been taking my rescue pup to Paws of Pleasanton for over 6 months. The whole staff give the best care for my girl, and go out of their way during treatments to check-up on us and answer concerns. I brought my girl to Dr Bloomberg for heartworm and other parasites. She has been there every step of the way to explain the procedure, and calm any nerves. She is exceptionally kind, professional, and loves my girl! The treatments took about 3 months with everything cleared from her system!

Just had my first visit with Dr. Bloomberg and the team. I was very impressed with how clean and modern the office was. They gave me a private and spotless room for me and my new puppy and even provided Rylee with some toys! Impressive! My visit with Dr. Bloomberg was more than a vet visit. This is my third new dog experience and I have never had a vet spend almost an hour going over everything… from healthcare of course but also training, food, behavior etc! Very worth the extra money it may cost. They were very thorough, not pushy, and even called the next day to follow up on her response to her shots. There’s definitely a very loving and caring vibe from the entire staff! Happy to have found them and totally worth the extra drive from Fremont!

Relatively new animal hospital in the area. Can't say enough about the people that work here. Had an emergency with my dog and was able to get in same day and have her looked at. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of your animal. If your looking for a good vet for your pet give this one a shot.

Staff are very friendly, and they take great care of pets. The only downside we've experienced was when a surgery was unable to be performed due to a staff member being out sick, and we weren't proactively notified; we didn't find out about the cancellation until we arrived to drop the critter off, which wasted a lot of our time on a busy morning.
