Had a positive experience with Macstay, he is friendly, genuine, & you can tell he cares about his patients! My experience with Chris Tripi on the other hand is a different story. I have lost all respect for this establishment & will never be going back. My 13 year old rescue cat has been on anti viral medication for the past 6 months, a medication that was originally prescribed for 2 weeks to see if it would decrease his chronic herpesvirus infections, which it did AMAZINGLY, but after 2 days of being off of it, it reoccurred. Macstay said we could continue the meds since they worked so well. Since you can't cure herpesvrius, only manage the symptoms associated with it. To my surprise, after requesting a refill from chewy like I have done each month since late July, Chris Tripi denied the refill a day before Christmas Eve, After 6 hrs, I finally received a call back as to why & Tripi stated my cat can't be on this medication since he was only suppose to be on it for 2 weeks so he won't refill it. Mind you I've talked with Macstay 2x since our initial visit the last time was in November when I asked if I could have a higher quantity of Rx so I wouldn't have to refill it so often, he obliged so he wrote a higher quantity. I'm genuinely confused as to why Tripi thinks it is ethical to randomly deny a Rx that has been discussed & prescribed by HIS colleague & has been showing positive results for the last 6 months. No phone call to discuss alternative options, no explanation provided whatsoever, & then he acted confused as to why I was upset that I didn't receive a phone call if he disagreed so much with his colleague. I would have been completely open to discussing alternative options, if Tripi felt there were better alternatives but Instead he was completely out of line in his approach. Leaving my last conversation with Macstay in November I was genuinely dumbfounded with my convo with Tripi. I ended up getting my Rx but to waste hours on the phone & me being talked down to by Tripi when he knows absolutely nothing about me or my cat was ridiculous. There was so much more to this conversation but I believe the biggest issue with this practice is that there is a huge lack of communication between the vets that work here & also the people at the front desk.

Vets are good but the front desk is kind of rude and has a bit of an attitude. I called them and was explaining my dog's issue and they were like, you should have known, and kind of putting the blame on me when I'm going to their vet to get help! Very unprofessional

You guys are great, there is nothing you could have done better except to be open on the weekend :) Thank you for all you do for us and our pets!

I have a friend who recommended this place when I moved to the area a few years ago, and this place is amazing. Their customer service is wonderful, they treat my dog with affection and respect, and they help make him feel so comfortable when he typically hates the vet. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind and flexible, and they go above and beyond to give excellent care.

Love this place! Everyone there is extremely trustworthy and they have very reasonable prices. They definitely won’t try to overcharge you, which is why I left our last vet. Hurley had a super smooth neutering here and he’ll be going here from now on!

They were so nice to me and my little four legged little girl. I was very nervous to have her fixed, however they reassured me she would be fine after a few days. They called the next morning to make sure I didn’t have any issues or questions.

I love how caring and knowledgeable they are about my pets. They will spend as much time as you need I’ve never felt rushed. I have seen Dr Trippi with my one dog who has passed away. And now I’m seeing Dr Kerri and I’m very happy with both. And their prices are fair.

Just started taking my new kitten to Four Paws and I'm so pleased with her care! The staff truly care so much about all the pets and are extremely friendly. I trust that my kitty is getting all she needs! And the prices are very fair!

Four Paws provides exactly what we need in terms of care for our two dogs. The app makes it easy to request and schedule appointments and the visits are always timely and efficient. We receive thorough direction of what to expect during and after any treatment/vaccine and do feel like the vet and vet techs care about our pets.

Best around! Caring, patient, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. Will not take our Maggie anywhere else!

We love Four Paws! I have taken my pets to several vets throughout the years, and I can say that they are hands-down the best. The staff is personable, friendly, and professional. The facilities are clean and inviting. Most importantly, Dr. Smyrni and Dr. Trippi are knowledgeable, caring, and easy to work with. My dog is definitely not an easy patient and has a lot of anxiety over the vet. They have been so accommodating and helpful for us every time we come in. They've helped us diagnose her various ailments, small to large, and genuinely care about their patients and their humans. We recommend them to everyone!

The staff at Four Paws are always so amazing and helpful! I love the quality time that they spend on each and every person they help. I would recommend anyone I know with pet to take it to Four Paws.

We are always impressed with the quality of care, professionalism and highly knowledgeable staff and vets at Four Paws. Our cat is a big fan of Dr. Keri and her husband, Dr. Tripi. She just had her dental cleaning done which was a major procedure. All went really well and our cat came home very happy :) Thank you Four Paws for all your caring and kindness!

I have to admitt that I get very nervous when I need to take my "best friend" to the vet. Cassie needed to undergo surgery yesterday for a much needed teeth cleaning. The staff at Four Paws quickly put my mind at ease, they were more than "wonderful" making me feel comfortable and sure they would do everything and anything to treat my pet with the utmost care. Dr. Shannon was wonderful, explained everything to me, she is the best. I'm so glad I chose four paws and will never take my dog anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at four paws for making our experience a great one.

Our 7-year-old golden retriever, Sandy, is very anxious during annual vaccinations and other care. Dr. Tripi and his staff were very understanding and patient, and provided excellent care. He asked questions about Sandy's health and diet, did a thorough examination, and gave many thoughtful and helpful advice on how to care for Sandy. His nurse was very kind and patient when giving shots and nail trimming. Both dog and parent felt at ease and relaxed and reassured. Thanks for your great help!

Our one-year-old dog was neutered with Four Paws. They emailed us the price options after the first call, followed up with after-surgery care tips and check-in emails. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommended! We got five-star-service with reasonable good price.

I took my 5 year old Rat/Terrier Chihuahua to have her teeth cleaned. They did an awesome job. Beautiful white teeth and good experience. Highly recommend.

Had to put my puppy love to sleep. These people were so caring and understanding. Help put my mind at ease that it was the right thing to do for him. Didn’t take advantage of the situation by over charging. Allowed us to stay with our baby for as long as we wanted. This is a great place. Sorry I didn’t find them to be my pets Dr. I recommend them highly!

I've been taking my pets to Four Paws for over three years. Dr. Keri saved my sanity when I brought in our kitten; we had been struggling to get her ringworm under control in spite of impeccable effort for four months. We had another vet at the time who had diagnosed her and I needed a second opinion. Dr. Keri told me she would be our partner to get it under control, but also she suspected our kitten had been misdiagnosed. Our kitten it seems really had allergies which was not easy to deal with either, but Dr. Kerri worked with us to get it under control and eventually our cat seems to have outgrown them. Dr. Keri is personable and compassionate. We also have an older cat with kidney failure and when he was first diagnosed, Dr Keri gave us tons of info on treatment options and explained the process to us. I've been very satisfied with Four Paws and feel I have a partner that I can rely on to help me navigate my cats' healthcare.

Been coming here since they opened. Our animals have never received better care anywhere else except for here. We moved away last year and it just wasn’t the same for them. Happy to now be back and continue all their care with the staff who are honest, friendly, and more than capable to look after our animals.
