Dr Kelty is an awesome doctor. The front desk staff is super helpful and so unlike the more traditional Banfield in pet smart. I always choose to go there even though it's a long drive from Fremont, since i know my pet child gets good care there. Like it is supposed to be, but isn't always. So glad for Dr Kelty and this Banfield location

The staff was very friendly and the doctor went to extra lengths to review my pet’s procedure. They are currently only taking appointments.

The veterinarian and the staff were very accommodating to my dogs real distaste for vet visits. They came out to the patio and administered his sedatives and vaccines with me and followed through to make sure all was well as he came to. They're far friendlier than other Banfield associates I've dealt with in the past and are worth my drive.

Double booked themselves and then canceled my appointment with 2 days notice (I scheduled online) and had no openings until after I needed to get my pet vaccinated.

After being a patient for several years, spending over 3-4 k. Was told by rude staff we had to wait for at least 10 days to see Vet. Told they would not allow pick up of ear ointment for same issue experienced in past. After spending 1200.00 for their Corp membership fee (2) years, decided not to renew. That's main issue for them. Corp profit over well being of pet. Front desk staff rude and very indifferent.

Because of the amazing a creative support of this office, my cat is having surgery Today instead of being euthanized. In other words, they saved her life by helping me figure out a creative way to pay for the surgery. I’ve been out of work for 6 months and could never have paid the full cost. Truly amazing support staff, techs and Drs. Thank you so much

I love Banfield for my pup. The staff in Danville was especially nice and did not rush us through and really helped with our problem.

We found Dr. Haxby in our search to find a vet who was competent, capable and caring enough to remove a tumor in a very sensitive location on our chihuahua mix. The vets at our regular Banfield were not comfortable enough with their own skills to do the surgery and recommended we seek a specialist. After contacting several other veterinary offices we met with a specialist at Sage in Concord who concurred with the diagnosis and also confirmed the difficulty with removing the tumor. However their price to do the surgery was more than we were expecting and much to their credit they were understanding of our situation and gave us a couple of other options to check into. In the process of investigating those options we found Dr. Haxby. When my husband and I brought Daisy to see Dr. Haxby we were very impressed with the time she took to examine the tumor, her detailed explanation of how she would approach the surgery and the possible complications involved. We both felt as confident with Dr. Haxby as we would with anyone given the uncertainty that all the other vets and specialists expressed with the possible outcome. We are very grateful that Dr. Haxby was able to surgically remove the tumor successfully and our Daisy is recovering beautifully. We are very pleased with the quality of service of the entire staff and recommend Dr. Haxby especially in situations that require high level of skills and competency.
