Best dog grooming experience ever. I have taken my dogs many places. Will only go here now. It's like a doggie playdate. They get to play with other dogs while waiting for their turn. Daniele is so good with them. Dog body language is relaxed and happy. My dogs love to go there every time! I couldn't speak more highly of it.

took my dog there ONCE -gave my maltese a schnauzer cut . .after specifically being asked to do baby doll cut . also when i was going to another store next door there was a dog wandering around out front in the parking lot unattended- PRETTY sure THAT was on the dogs owner though . either way NEITHER the owner of the shop or the owner of the dog should have let it be roaming free. that was 2-3 days ago

There should be a "negative" rating for this place. I am so disgusted by what this place did to my beautiful, long haired black German Shepherd. She was shedding like crazy, so rather than brush her for a week straight, I decided to take her to get groomed. My jaw dropped & I was in shock when I picked her up to find that she had been completely shaved, tail & all. When I spoke to her on the phone about scheduling an appointment, she asked if I wanted her shaved & I said no, I don't believe so..that you aren't supposed to shave GS, as it could ruin their coat (something a dog groomer should know). I pray that my dogs fur hasn't been damaged, and it grows back the way it's supposed to be. Regrettably, I paid (likely because I was in shock), which was Not cheap! Also, not sure how they treated my dog, but she seems traumatized. She is usually very happy & loving, but even the day after she is timid & acting scared/sad. Don't make the same mistake I made, by taking your pets here. I seriously question if the people working there are actually trained/qualified groomers. I could have done a better job myself.

This was the worst grooming place ever! Rudest lady ever and had no sympathy for my dog. When i walked in to see if my dog was ready she was screaming violently at my dog and it was the worst experience ever. I specially asked her to just give her a trim and not cut off all of my dogs hair and she shaved her down to the skin. I suggest NEVER going there. This place needs to be closed down, they torment the dogs and leave them scared out of their lives. The windows were tinted so you could see no activity from inside the salon and it was almost like they were trying to hide something. Please if you love your pet, do not take your animal there. I will now have to take my pet to the vet because she’s been constantly itching and acting like she’s hurt ever since she’s been groomed.

If you have pit bulls don’t take them here. Took my two dogs, Charlie and Nala to this place, grant it they are pit bulls but she automatically treated them like they were viscous and going to attack the other dogs. They have never gotten in a fight in their whole lives and Nala actually ran away when a small dog bit her. Her small poms were barking their heads so I could barely hear her. She put all her small dogs away and said ok they can come in. When Charlie started to bark because he was excited she said she doesn’t feel comfortable and to leave. Awful awful place she’s very discriminating.

I have finally found my poodle's forever groomer! Danielle is an artist in dog grooming. My dog not only looks amazing, he is so happy. I feel doubly blessed. I have the sweetest poodle and now an awesome groomer. Thank you Danielle. Buddy looks like a real poodle/bichon.

Dog was left traumatized, with brutal scarring in his groin, ear infections, and $350 veterinary expenses. Groomer did not tell us she burned the hell out of my dogs perineum. The vet was shocked and disgusted by the butchering. Groomer was also proud how she removed so much inner ear hair he was left with none, which led to more complications. Take your chances here, but I feel guilty as hell leaving my animal here.

Nicest folks ever on my first visit! My dog Loki loves them too. Great job ... plan to make them my permanent doggie beauty salon!
