Dr. Rapp, Dr. Stevens, Jessica and the rest of the staff at Sierra are always very helpful, kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend. They are truly the best! You won't be disappointed.

Took my German Shepherd Zeus in today. The staff all very nice. Our vet was Dr. Stephen's and very nice and professional but most of all warm and caring. We walk out with with 4 meds and the office visit under $300. Overall very happy.

They saved my little girl cat's life the other day. I live the people at this hospital. I highly recommend them for anyone in the Placerville area.

I was treated so very kind. It was a great experience even though I had a very sick cat. They comforted me and got me in and out quickly and very reasonable. I decided to use them as my regular vet now even though I live in Folsom. This is an excellent vet clinic the people who work there really love what they do !Thank you so much. Staff is friendly and welcoming .Not expensive. The vets are informative. I never end up waiting, the service is very quick but not rushed. And they've always been amazing about squeezing me in the same day if it was urgent. Wonderful place.

We got the best care for our little Sasha Ruth. She has a heart murmur and had an echocardiogram of her heart. The vet spoke with us and said she should live a fun happy life and will not need to take any heart medication. Thank God and the Doctor. We were blessed today with the best news! The Vet and staff are AMAZING! They have been so helpful with my poor doggie that has so many problems because of allergies! And try hard not to make me spend a million dollars! Was expecting the bill to be much higher since she has so many problems but wasn't as bad as i had worried lol

They were very pleasant on the phone. The prices are much more reasonable than bay area vets. I would definitely consider going out of town to this veterinarian.

I wouldn’t take my Hunter cat anywhere else. The vets here and all staff really care about him. Hunter is 13 years old and only saw a different vet once for an emergency Injury. This was not pleasant. I only adopted him 4 years ago, but decided to stay with his same vet because they are all so professional and caring at the same time. I was reluctant to bring Hunter in for his recent routine shots during COVID, but there was no need to worry. They created a new check-in system where you don’t even have to leave your car. Just park and call them with your parking stall number. They will come out and get your pet and bring back when finished. The vet will come out with a mask if she needs to consult with you. It works so well for multiple reasons. It not only keeps me safe, it also reduces the stress Hunter feels when waiting in the waiting room with other dogs and cats. I hope they continue this option even after things get back to normal.

My family and I have been going to Sierra Animal Hospital for decades. They have always taken great care of us and our animals and they understand exactly how much these animals mean to us.

I started taking my chocolate lab here about 9 months ago. First for vaccinations then she cut the webbing between her toes, they really work with you to get your pet seen and I luv that they care enough about themselves and you. You call then when you get there and they come and get your dog. Such a good system

They always make me feel at ease and take wonderful care of my fur baby with very affordable fees. Thank you!

The vet here had a lot of good information 4 is on our poor little puddy cat that no one seems 2 be able 2 help- shes a tiny little 6 pounds and eats like a Rotwieler all the time- ITS LIKE WHERE DID THE REST OF THE COUNTY VETS GO 2 SCHOOL DOLLAR TREE AND BUY A LIC. 2 PRACTICE,WELL I ANSWED MY OWN QUESTION - A PRACTICE- OH YEAH

Posting this as Lisa Hohloch . I never write reviews but I just have to thank this practice. Sierra is honestly the best vet . I have been a lot of places but these women care , the animals come first . My dog Jayla needed emergency surgery and I called a few places the prices were insane but I took her to Sierra and thankfully I did . They did the surgery , Dr Stephens did she is wonderful I cannot say enough and my dog is tiny but she is doing so well . If it was not for this place I would have had to put her down but they honestly care about the animals not just money . Very rare to find these days . The staff is fantastic all caring and happy , very helpful . I Just cannot say enough about this practice I would and will recommend anyone to go here . Thank you Dr Stephens for giving Jayla a second chance we would be lost without her . .
