We went on the Free microchipping and vaccine day and the staff was super nice and patient even with there being a lot of people in line waiting. Everyone and their pets were very well behaved given the circumstances. No dogs attacked any cats or other dogs. No arguments or anything of the sort. Everyone was in a good mood even though the wait time was on average an hour long. I highly recommend taking your pets to have their vaccinations and spay and or neutering done here. I've had several pets fixed here and never had a single issue with any of them.

We have both adopted a kitty here, and brought in another rescue kitty to be neutered, and we have had fantastic experiences with both. They have taken amazing care of our kitties, and at a fraction of the price as our usual vet. The love they have for the fur babies in their care is obvious, and I appreciate that so much.

They were so good with my cat. She was already 3 yrs old when I took her to get fixed she is having a great recovery so the surgery went very smooth! <3

Super nice people that loved my cat, Miss Kitty who also had 5 of the cutest little 10-week old babies at home and she was pretty much done nursing them so time to get her fixed ???? Had to be there by 7:30 AM and by 11 AM they called to let me know I could come by anytime to pick her up but latest pickup time was 4 PM. Miss Kitty has recovered quickly and had no issues or complications from her spay surgery. Also, I got a coupon from El Dorado Animal Control of $30 to apply to services at Animal Outreach so my female cat's spay was $28. Awesome especially since I got kittens to fix now when they weigh 2 pounds and are old enough ???? Don't worry between my daughters houses and my house the 5 kittens already have homes.

Excellent rescue program; close relationship with Community Cats (TNR, Trap, Neuter & Release); low-cost spay & neuter; foster care; limited general vet services; awesome group of employees, doctors. EXCELLENT for the community preventing over-breeding and assisting in keeping feral colonies from enlarging; offering low-cost to low-income people.

We just adopted a one year old cat. This organization works with many others to help all animals. Our cat, Cali, came from the Fresno Animal Shelter. No one was interested in Cali. They talked with us about our home environment and our preferences. They matched us up perfectly with Cali. Great, caring organization!

We adopted our little cute kitty at Petsmart in Folsom, CA a few months ago. We went in for some things for our fish tank and they were right in the front of the store with about 8 cats and kittens... my daughter and I knew we were leaving with one of them. They were all so adorable I wish we could have adopted them all, we had our teacup Yorkie with us so we let her help pick which one we would adopt, not too many of them cared for a little dog to be near them but this tiny little tortoise shell kitty named Sissy didn’t hiss once, and she was our daughters favorite. So the nice man who was there that day let us take Sissy the kitten and our yorkie into an adoption room to see if the kitten wouldn’t mind being around her and sure enough sissy loved our yorkie and we now love her more than ever. She is so cute and still tiny... I only wish we would have adopted her kitten friend that was in the same cage as her that day, I am sure we will be back to adopt another in the future. The people working there were so nice, helpful and patient with my kids while they asked to see a few kittens they were interested in. Our kitten has a lot of energy but we love her. We also adopted an 8 year old male cat from another rescue before her and they get along great. Our older cat is so gentle, quiet and doesn’t run around crazy like kittens do.. if your looking for fun, wild and crazy running at night then go with a kitten, if you want calm and relaxed don’t be scared to adopt an older cat. I’m telling you, the place we adopted him from said he wouldn’t like kids or any other animals and they were wrong. He didn’t like being in a kennel. He loves my toddler and younger kids, he loves our Yorkie’s and our huge Dogo Argentino, he has never hissed, scratched or bite any of us or our animals. He comes on the bed with us and is the most chill pet we have. He is awesome.
