Dr. Robinson is by far the most compassionate, mindful person I've ever met. He supersedes any expectations that you may have in a vet. I love the man. I wish more veterinarians had his manner. Thanks Doc!

was disappointed to see they weren't being safe with wearing masks, but they do car side pickup. not sure about the level of care since I had to stay in the parking lot, but I was just their for a routine check-up and vaccines

The Doctors and Nurse's are good here. The front Desk receptionist people are awful to deal with, terribly rude.

Dr.Randy is a kind and caring vet. Who takes both the pet and owner in to his care. Now that I have moved out of state, he will be missed and very hard to replace.

They get really busy and expect a long wait if you're a squeeze in appointment. But such amazing service, the vet actually spends time with you and your pet and talking and explaining things to you. Just an awesome experience, and now my kitty is all better!

Randy and staff are absolutely the best professional's at their job's. Ever since we luckily discovered Randy over 15 years ago have always had positive visits even the ones when it was time to make those decisions none of us want to make. He and his staff make sure to explain every aspect of your animals condition along with your feelings and concerns.

Breakdown in staff communication. The attendant told me that she will come and let us know when the vet comes in so the 2 dogs can be held down. Well the vet came in to the room and my dogs became excited and the vet got irritated and after a minute or so he peeped inside the room and threw the nozzles down on the floor for us to put them in to the dogs. I went aback and I said to myself ' he is nasty'. . This was our first visit to the vet's office.

Waited an hour for our appointment and left before being seen by a vet since there were still 5 people with appointments before me.. I think someone was unable to get there so... they still could be good vets, but I won't use them again

I'm the owner of 5 yrs old pit bull that I got when he was around 12 weeks old. He had a broken right leg at the elbow and needed to be screwed back together. My sister told me about Missouri flat pet clinic and the vet did an excellent job for half of the price other vets were quoting me.

Doc is an amazing man. Dedicated, compassionate, knowledgeable. He did everything from answering home calls at 1am, fitting us in on booked days, to getting us in fast to a expert neurologist when our pup was found to have cancer. I am extremely happy with the doc. He truly cares.
