We took Cooper to Crossroads vet clinic and they found a peach pit in his stomach. When they pulled it out they said it looks like it has been in there for a while. We’ll just tonight he was playing!! And if you knew this dog before his surgery you would say he’s just an old grumpy dog. But now he acts his age (he’s 7). Wants to run more play more and he smiles all the time now. Thank you so much crossroads vet clinic. Be ready to see him again for his teeth and his sisters teeth as well.

I like this place but the service is very slow. I had called in an medication order a few hours ago and went to pick it up. Waited 20 mins and it wasent even filled yet. Besides being slow the staff was nice. They don't wair masks in there incase anyone is wondering. I didn't see anyone wairing them. There is a sign saying it's required but no one is wairing them.

Terrific staff! Professional, friendly, and loving towards all the animals who come in. Also, they always have appointments available for urgent needs that pop up. I used to live in the area but I now drive an hour to take my pets here because of how great they are. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

WARNING Place has really gone down hill. I took my pup in there that had a hurt leg. They told me it was broken and aggressively tried to have me do surgery. The leg wasn't swollen so I took her to another vet for a second opinion. Her leg was NOT broken, in fact she was running around in a day.

Used to be the best vet in the area, until he sold it and passed away. Now they are awful, they keep losing my pets shot records! I would bring one in for all shots, then get notified they missed some and I need another visit. Nope. Time for a new vet I think.

I just feel the vet was not very friendly to our dogs. We have a dog who is, apparently, aggressive towards strangers. The vet acted very afraid and hesitant (we were at least expecting her to be confident and know how to handle a frightened dog but it was the exact opposite, he read her like a book and was acting worse), didn't let us go into a private room so she had us in the lobby wrestling him just for an ortho exam. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only experience that did not go well with this vet. They told us to give our dog trazodone for his nervousness but accidentally prescribed him tramadol. It didn't phase him and we were forced to bring him back another day. Through all the trauma and mistakes his issue was never resolved and we must take him to another vet. Hopefully this one will listen to us about his aggression and how to handle it.

Our dog Chloe is an extremely skittish, nervous dog and everyone (reception, technician, doctor) helped her to have a great first experience during a wellness/ vaccine appt. They were even accommodating for me to bring her back the next day because she wasn't feeling well. Thank you.

The people here are amazing. They are caring and empathetic. I just recently had to put my dog down due to cancer. When I get a new pet I know that they will be my veterinarian

Took my 12 yo Golden in, thinking I would need to let him go. Doc and staff were so wonderful. Meds and rest and he is back to his old self. Cannot recommend this Vet enough. Wonderful, clean and beyond friendly.

Our almost 15 year old Bichon had to be put down today. We are new to the area and Crossroads Vet was popular on our Next door app. Marissa was so nice and caring with me when I called this morning. She got us in at 4:00 PM. Kaitlyn the vet tech should have been the vet. She connected with our dying dog in a way I can't explain. Kaitlyn was so in touch with our high emotions and our dear old dog. This was one of the hardest days of our lives but Kaitlyn made it feel more comfortable especially for our dear Marilyn. Bless her dear soul. I can't say enough about Kaitlyn's beautiful soul.
