I had my dog Nana put down to rest and the technician Manny was super, he was kind and gentle was very carrying. He helped me so much and having to the hardest thing for my loved Nana. The staff was very good as well. Thank you Manny for making it not so devestating for me in laying my 12 year old companion to rest.

I have been going to Perris Valley Vet for over 30 years and appreciate all they have done for my dogs and cats. They truly care about animals and are straight forward when it comes to letting you know about any illness or prognosis. Some people may think of this as being rude or not caring, but I feel its better to know straight up what you're dealing with rather than be led on and wait. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't do unnecessary treatment just to make a dollar. My pets have always been treated with love and compassion and I wouldn't trust any other staff with my fur babies. I will be using them for the next 30 years! I highly recommend if you are in need of veterinary care for your pets, give them a call. Brenda

Took our Doberman to get his ears cropped, we were quoted a price of $500. We went through the process of getting his ears cut stitches removed and was told to come back in 2 weeks once the scabbing was healed. Came back to get the ears posted and was told only them that I had to pay $40 for each post! You have to go 4 days with a post and 2 days off so that’s $160 a month in posts and could take up to 3 months to fully post his ears. That’s about the same price as the surgery alone. They NEVER told us I’m the beginning about this hidden charge ! When they post the ears for $40 they put a cardboard roll inside the ear with tape around it, took at the most 2 minutes to do and wants $40 each time! Total rip off being not told this! Took no concern of caring for the ears before taping so the hair torn off him and skin, should have shaved the hair first before taping if I’m spending $40 a drooping do it right! Go back and this elderly blonde woman said I was rude and disrespectful the last time about the hidden $40 charges that she wouldn’t even look at my dogs ears that are scabbed and bleeding, she told me the only way she would look at my dog was if I paid the extra $40! And if you choose to do your own propping she said that if any infection happens to the ears they will not be responsible for anything! With they would be up front and forward about ALL costs from the beginning!

I came here for vaccinations. The person who gave her her shots was very kind and a caring nature towards my dog he wanted to make her comfortable when she was terrified and was quick and painless. He walked me through anything I should know. I will come to this clinic again.

thank you to the two women staff members in the front ,amazing attitudes and very knowledgeable about there profession. Getting harder and harder to find a good vet, called for my dog and got an appointment right away,they knew exactly what to do. VERY happy with the service

I take all 3 of my dogs there they are super friendly and love there job always been helped with professionalism and caring specially when we had to put one of our little guys down due to cancer thank you ladies and dr. for always looking out for the best of our furry friends

Took 11 puppies to get their tails docked, they were given stitches that came out. Called to get them restricted and they wanted to charge me full price (what was paid the first time for the docking). No postcare instructions were given the first time. Told me I had to watch mom basically 24/7 so she doesn't remove stitches an urealistic expectation. Kept calling me hun in a condescending way when I was asking questions and had the nerve to say they weren't going to charge me for the call.

I took my dog to get a nail trim and every time I go they want to cut her nails OUTSIDE and they tell me that I have to hold her... The whole reason for taking her to the vet is so that I don't have to do that. I can't hold her while she's getting something done that she doesn't like. She's extremely spoiled and always gets her way. Anyway her nails are getting too long so I took her. The lady started cutting away and then she CUT my dog and my dog was bleeding. Then she gave me an attitude cus of the way I reacted... How would u react if they cut ur babies nail and it started bleeding? Very unprofessional.

Had my pups ears cropped and they came out amazing!! When she asked me what I wanted to do, I told her to make them look great, instead of a specific style length, and OMG THEY CAME OUT GREAT, sooo happy. Thank you

So unorganized, horrible place, waiste of time

I just called now to make an appointment. The receptionist told me there’s no appointments you can just walk in. But if you want an appointment it’s gonna be $40 extra. I think that’s baloney you have to pay $40 extra to make an appointment or she said you can just stand outside in line and wait never will I come here again. Are they taking advantage of the COVID-19 right now. ????

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNORGANIZED PLACE. I took my puppy this week to get her ears cropped. 2 days later she was too itchy so she accidentally scratched off one of her stitches. So I called and the front desk lady told me to go as soon as possible, as I get there another lady told me I had to wait until 1pm, mind you that my puppy had an opened ear. I returned at 1 like they told me, they took her right in. She gives me my puppy back GUSHING blood ALL over her cone and told us to leave. I returned because I couldn’t believe it, they let me leave with my puppy gushing blood out all over the ground. They take her back and stitch her back ear back up and put her on some sleeping medication. Then, I was able to leave just had to comfort her so she can fall asleep. She was crying the whole entire car ride until I gave her some chews that help her with the pain. Worst experience ever, DEFINITELY NOT RETURNING. Staff there do not know ANYTHING!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

I called the day before if day take walkins and she said yes, came next morning with my dog and she said they don't take walk ins . So disappointed

I visited the Animal Hospital for the first time and I was very satisfied with my visit. Staff very friendly and attentive to my Brandi. I will recommend this Veterinary Hospital to all my friends. I was so pleased that I going to take my other dogs here.

Went to take my daugthers dog to the vet. I cant really speak much english so i called my daugther for her to explain but they didnt want to bother. The lady said no. My daugther brings her 3 pets here all the time and now she is taking them somewhere else where there not racist

I phoned at 11 to get my dogs in for their vaccines and Grooming. The receptionist who also lacks people skills, said they were open till 1 so we headed to the clinic. When we got there at at 12:04, there was another couple standing outside waiting for the clinic doors to open. They were locked and staff gone for the day. I will never bring my animals to a flaky establishment. One that confirmed walk-in appointments welcome, even after I tried to make an appointment, said to just come on in. This clinic can't stay open during regular office hours. Very disappointing and not recommended.

I went drop off my dog for a haircut when we pick him up he has scratches all over him he drop dead shivering of how scared he Is worst place DONT GO THERE THEY HAVE THE WORST GROOMERS AND SUPPLIES

I have been bringing my babies here for about 11 yrs now , the staff is great and the lady who makes my baby (Yorkie) even more adorable than he already is is awesome . But I agree with the person that said the vet himself is lacking in people skills .I haven't had to have much interaction with him , the girls in the office usually take care of my needs so I day kuddos to them

They dont deserve even a star. I just came from them after making an appointment over the phone earlier this week. And I am explaining my frustration about not being on the schedule and more vaccines added without being told originally. And all they could say is at least we are accommodating you. Like I should be grateful that I wasnt placed on the schedule and wasnt given all information. Piss poor service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I took my dog to get her rabies shot and a grooming. So I dropped her off and they said theyll call me once she's ready. 3 hours go by and no call,so I decided to give them a call and asked them if my dog was ready and they said yes that shes been ready but yet they never called me to tell me. So I go and pick her up. They charged me $70,and I asked the lady that was in the front if that was for the grooming and the rabies shot and she said yes. And I was about to leave but I remember she never gave me the vaccination certificate. So I asked her if I can get a copy showing that they vaccinated her and she gave me a copy. After that I went to pay for my dogs license and they told me that the clinic had gave me the wrong paperwork. So I called the clinic and let them know and they said they never gave my dog the rabies shot. I was like really,that was one of the main reasons why I took my dog in was for the rabies shot. And I asked the lady multiple times before I left the clinic if they gave my dog the rabies shot and she said yes. This place is so unorganized. I will not be returning to this place.

Amazing staff, extremely caring, competent, and reasonable. Everything you would hope and expect from veterinarian without the painfully expensive upsell knowing that you are willing to pay more attention getting your family member healthy again.
