Their drive thru vaccine system is the best I've seen

I have been with NRAH for over 20 years and I cannot say enough about them. Compassionate, Trustworthy, Dr. Amad is the excellence of his profession. I just would not trust my loved one with anyone else. The staff is the best as well. They are a God send.

I love my vets office, they're always so compassionate, friendly and professional. And the vet himself is one of the kindest, most caring people I know.

I was there for the drive thru clinic it was friendly, fast and very affordable.

The waiting room is not their normal waiting room, and I am unsure how long they have been using this area as their waiting room but its dirty, and i don't mean cuz of animals, theres floor broads a lot of them stacked up up against a wall and a couple of wood pallets with Cardboard and plastic bags in another area, in the windows there are cobwebs, i let this all pass cuz inside should be better, they don't allow you inside for the check up, but when they do call you in it doesn't get better, their normal waiting room looks dingy and more like storage space, i might sound harsh but I am not here to get my pet groomed I am here for surgery yes i judge how clean a facility is for that even their waiting room cuz I don't get to see their surgery room,, Personally was not comfortable with the Cleanliness of the facility and allowing them to cut open my little one.

I took my 2 puppies for the 5 and 1 and the dewormer vaccine and they both died they didn't even last one week. Very sad and emotional for my family we loved our puppies so much my son is devastated. First and last time I will go.

I was only there for the drive through vaccine clinic. It was well organized and the staff was efficient and friendly.

Their drive-thru shot clinic was a breeze and all the employees were wonderful.

I took my new puppy for his first set of shots, the staff was very friendly and their vaccination clinic is well organized. Biscuit was pleased!

Called for an emergency euthanization. Severely injured cat starving to death because he cannot eat. Best they could offer would be a couple weeks.. One of the TNR from 2017. Has always let me pet and hold him til he disappeared 3 weeks ago then came back it bad shape.

You guys did a great job. Our oldest male has CHF he wasn't quite right and a thorough check up was done. Turned out to be a UTI. He is ack to normal. You guys have kept him going strong through his heart failure. Thank you

They have air conditioning while you wait for your animal to be finished they treat your animal with respect and are very welcoming.

They are the best everyone that works there is always so kind and thoughtful i cant say enough just go and find out for yourself you wont be disappointed

The only reason why I gave four stars is because of this damn pandemic and you can't see the vet doctor you can't be in there with your dog so it's not the the Animal Hospital's fault it's just when you love your animal as a son or daughter you would like to be in there so you can ask questions find things out so and so forth all the staff was very nice very helpful the waiting area was extremely clean no smell and nowadays it's just nice to be able to get seen But the medication was a little high over here but still reasonable

Nuevo Road Animal Hospital has been taking care of my furbabies for well over 15 years. I was going to a vet in Temecula before I found Nuevo Road Animal Hospital and I must say I am happier as are my pets. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful they know both me and my pets names by heart. They take their time to answer any questions I have without annoyance. At times they have stated they wanted one course of treatment and I though we could do the same thing in a slightly different manner that would end with the same result and they were okay with that as well.

My dog had a cough and I was worried about her. The vet and the techs there are fantastic and very caring. You can not go into the room with your pet which worried me but my dog did great. Big Thank you to Nuevo Animal Hospital. She had an infected foxtail in her ear and a touch of bronchitis. You guys are awesome.

Everyone here is very polite and willing to treat your pet with care. I used to bring my dog Bosco here and now I bring my cat Rebeko here. I love coming here

Nuevo Road Animal Hospital has always provided excellent care to my animals. My corgi has diabetes and they answer all my questions and are always available to check her blood sugar. They are compassionate and responsive to helping keep my dogs healthy. I would highly recommend Nuevo Road for your pets.

Very thorough, staff attentive and friendly, busy place but they hustle to get you all out quickly

We went on a Saturday for the shot clinic. They should consider opening earlier and shutting down by 11 am or earlier due to the heat. The clinic is well run and efficient. The line was long, but we were only there about 15 minutes. Our dogs didn't feel a thing! Well done, ladies! Thank you for offering this service.

Have ignored bad reviews and have taken pets here for over 9 yrs. Vet assistant staff have always been friendly but I am done... Don't answer phones due to "high call volume" and tell you to text for immediate response. Booked an appt and indicated it was for my dog's next puppy package appointment. Upon arrival still doing no owners inside service but no instructions on phone message or clearly posted. Finally got text response to go to side area. Although covered it is a hot outdoor area and did not have any fans going. (It was 104°) Asked multiple times if could wait in car without response. Ended up waiting over 2 hours outside without any water.. thank you for my migraine. Then when my dog is brought out my total is higher than I except and so I ask what I am being charged for ..?? Told it is everything the puppy plan included since I hadn't come the month is was due and it expires 4 months after initial purchase. (1) no one mentioned during my booking when I had clearly indicated I was coming for puppy plan visit (2) no talked to me about what I wanted done or cost at the appt, since apparently it was not a cover puppy issue should have been asked (3) was never told it expired, plus we are in the midst of COVID with lockdowns, illnesses etc. If I had known I would not have come to a 2.5 hr long appt to sit outside sweating but rather would have done their vaccine clinic. Pulling records and going somewhere else from now on.

They have been caring for my 13 yr old cat, Beau. Took him in for dental issues, but found kidney problems and he was anemic. Still working on getting him healthy. Staff and Doctor have all been awesome. Truly recommend Nuevo Animal Hospital.

They were closed for lunch, and my dog died in the parking lot so I don't have a very good experience with them. I hope they enjoyed their lunch. And the only reason I gave one star is because you have to give them a star in order for your review to be posted. No Stars

My dog tore his ACL and they were very fast to get him in a find out was wrong. They were also very good about getting him into a surgery soon after. They keep a close eye on my dog and his healing process.
