My rescue dog is very shy and timid, but now enjoys coming for her monthly baths. She responds only to kind, gentle ways so I know she has been treated well here. They are always on time and professional.

Called ahead, found out there were open stalls for washing my dog. Showed up 10 minutes later, washed and dried my 65 lb dog, great experience. I'll be back. Shampoo, brushes and towels all included in the very reasonable price under $20.00

This family run business in Pasadena has been a delight to have for my two dogs that have been going here for at least the past eight years. The owners are kind ,caring and do their very best to meet the needs of clients and are accommodating for rescheduling or specific breed and age of dog needs. They have a dentistry service that has also been appealing for me and worthwhile for maintaining my dogs health. Thank you for offering the reliable personal attention and care that you do!

As advertised, bring your dog and wash him/her up in a steel sink. Much easier than at home. At least in my case, the dog likes it better.

I bring my cat there .very bad service, they dint wash my cat after shaving and when I came back home I wash it by myself .all his body was dirty .

We have been a customer for years and always get exactly what we ask for in grooming our dog Annabelle (and we have a long list of specific requests!). We appreciate that there was no service interruption in the transition of owners and we are just as happy today with the grooming service as the past 3-4 years as we are today. The new owners are kind and friendly and obviously want to continue to build the business within the community. If you are nearby, ignore the negative reviews and give them a shot; we have only had good experiences. It is important to support small business - the framework of the American Dream :)

I have never ever waited to bath my own dog here. Water is always warm and the booth keeps the water off from you! Blow driers are under the tub!

My friend told me about this place. The people are the best with customer service, making suggestions, giving my pups a wonderful grooming experience. We got the grooming service. Next time we will bathe them ourselves.

Our pom had been going here for years, but something happened last time. She's scared to death of the groomer and and won't go in the shop, we've never seen her so frightened. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

I took my poodle in for grooming on Monday (holiday so my regular groomer was closed). By Thursday, she had a raging double ear infection. My vet said the hair in her ears was incorrectly and roughly plucked causing abrasion and infection. When I contacted BRD, was told the groomer blamed a lot of hair in her ears due to not having her groomed often. My poodle is groomed every 6-8 weeks without fail and has never had this happen before. BRD refused to refund the grooming fee of $53 plus tip. Add that to the $200 vet bill, and this experience was costly and caused my poor dog unnecessary paint and infection. Don’t use Bathe R Doggie!

A great place for self washing your dog! From the time you come through the front door doggie gate you have a staff member taking care of you. The self wash area is set up with stalls for each dog and is expertly set up with everything you need including dog ramps up to the sink! You get a quick tour with wash and dry tips and you're off!

Reasonable price for a large golden, was able to walk in on a Sunday and get him fully groomed...Owners were helpful in helping me decide what my golden needed.

Convenient place to bathe my dog. I like that he was restrained because he's a runner. The shop supplies the shampoo a towel and they have dryers available. Their shampoo doesn't smell like anything so next time I will bring mine

Really great! The old woman was behind the counter but I didn't have any interaction with her. The man there was awesome and gave me great instructions and tips to make the bath easier for my dog. They expressed his anal glands, cleaned his ears and clipped his nails for an extra $14. Great service, very clean place and I will definitely go back again.

I know there are quite a few groomers out there and I've taken my various dogs to many of them. Bathe R Doggie is exactly what I expected. It was clean, the groomers and owner at the counter are considerate and friendly and best of all my dog, a schnauzer mix, always comes to me happy and perfectly groomed. I've read some of the negative comments and I think either the dog owners were having a bad day and decided to take it out on the people who work there and only write negative comments, never good comments. I work in a public are where people are allowed to bring their pets and Bathe R Doggie has always been on the top of the list of where they get their pets groomed, both dogs and cats. Don't be afraid about taking your pet here, there is no bad news and your pet will thank you.
