Never taken dog here at the time I didn’t have a dog. But I did work here and I can tell you the she loves dogs. ((BTW thank you Lisa for helping me out when no one would give me a chance , I learned so much from working with you ))She works to please the dog with the grooming experience. I brought my poor neglected dog here for some much needed grooming. I was late for my appointment and she was totally nice about it. A little funny sarcasm never hurt anyone. I was also late picking up my dog. I am sure she wanted to kill me but she was totally nice about the whole thing. She went above and beyond for my all white long haired Husky. My dog had a full summer coat to shed. She showed us a whole trashcan of just my dogs hair. I didn't even recognize my dog after getting her back because she looked so damn good. She was silky smooth and soft and her hair was whitened back to its original glow. I see some bad reviews here, and I have to understand that people make mistakes sometimes. But this is a lady who runs this place by herself and actually enjoys her walk. I saw a few dogs in here and they looked great and their owners were surprised. I'm sure this lady works her butt off for customer satisfaction, and she is getting mine today. To make a nice long story short, I came here on short notice, late and with a dog in pretty poor condition. it was embarrassing to let my dog get this way. Dog's Best Friend took care of me for $90 dollars which was an amazing price because I'm sure any groomer would have charged me double.

Lisa has been so good with our dog Zoe . I had been to other groomers and Lisa was the most knowledgeable and kind . So glad we found her !

Great place. I always take my dogs here. They take great care and do a great job cleaning them.

You can tell they really love your animals! Plus $5 for nail trimming, you can't beat that.
