Great customer service. Sky helped me to pick the kibble, fresh topper awesome squash and suggested to mix it with kibbles. Also showed me were the Cod skins was. Next she charged and a very handsome young man carried the 24lbs bag of dog food to my car. Outstanding customer service.????

Jay did such a fantastic job filing my dog Axel’s nails. Axel is a very strong and nervous pup. However, I watched Jay hug and kiss Axel, making him so comfortable, while successfully completing the job. Great job, Jay! The staff at this store location is always so welcoming as well. Adorable selection of toys and great vibe. Thank you!

Healthy Spot is a pet store; however, they hold some free social events throughout the year that are fun for both humans and pets. At the first social event I attended, I was pleasantly surprised with their free creative dog treat menu. My pup also received a gift bag, puppatinis, and tons of treats to try. There was even a holiday-themed photo booth and to top it off, they threw in raffle tickets inside the gift bags for a chance to win some amazing prizes. The social events are a great way to meet other dog owners and it also gives your fur baby a chance to try and test out new foods. For further details, check out my travel blog.

This is a high quality pet food shop that caters to the health of your pet. What's not to love about that? The staff is always super friendly and helpful and I sincerely believe that they value their customers. Our Cane Corso is treated like royalty whenever we bring her in. I love this place!

After being booked out 3 weeks I finally drove up from Mexico to have my dog groomed only to have them cancel on me last minute and can't reschedule for another 3 weeks. With complete attitude over the phone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERPRICED. ????️

I went to this store yesterday to help my friend David pick up the products he ordered for his cat on doordash. But I experienced a terrible hour. When I told their employees that I wanted to pick up, they told me that they needed an order number. But I contacted david and kept looking in the app, and we didn't find this thing. Later, I called doordash customer service, and doordash customer service told me that there is no such order number, but the customer service checked our information and told us that employees could help us communicate with the clerk. However, it is very bad that they said that this is their company's regulations that require order number to be checked. doordash also told them there was no such thing. Later, David can only cancel the order. I have to go elsewhere to buy. However, I took it once in the last month. I just checked my information. There is no need for this non-existent "order number". Today I learned from other friends of mine that their so-called order number is actually the order number given to the merchant by doordash. Health sport even let our guests provide this thing. The first picture is the order number required by health sport. The second picture is what my friend told me. This is the order number displayed by the machine in the store. I will not go to this store again, and neither will my friends. We checked all the information and they did not let us take things away. This caused some troubles in the back. A girl with a fat neck with a lot of particles, a thin boy, and a girl with very tall hair. Hope you won't meet them Reply: I hope that everyone will not come into contact with them. Because your three employees didn't help me solve any problems. All I need is an "order number" that doesn't exist in the customer app. Even after I called doordash customer service to confirm my identity, they were still unwilling to help me solve the problem. We will not go to your business again. I also hope that everyone will not come into contact with such shops and employees who only shirk their responsibilities.

This place is amazing! I had a VERY bad experience with my newly resued Cockapoo, Siscily, at PetSmart. I took her to PetSmart and they shaved her body and face. They even nicked and cut her face & body. They also didn't perform things that came with my $100 package! Well, I just moved to Pasadena and I was walking her one day and walked by Heathy Spot. The people there were all so nice and they helped Siscily and I feel better. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. My Siscily is all fixed and looks like a Princess. Great customer service and products! I wish they groomed cats but they have that service for dogs. If you're health conscious about your dog or cat, check it out.

My dog is 8 years old. He has always been shy and takes a long time to warm up with new people. I haven't taken him to any groomer because of his temperment. He finally got professionally groomed first time in eight years because I was too busy to bathe him at home. Surprisingly he is really good to Miki. She is amazing. She is very gentle with him and did not show any fear. Look at his nice butt job and hair do! I will definitely use her again!

-----------------------UPDATE------------------------ After having me wait 2 weeks to do an "investigation", they decided NOT to cover the vet bill after Mickey had stated they would. Ridiculous. Disappointing. Unprofessional. NOT trustworthy. By the way, the vet bill was $65 which is pennies for me and not the real issue. The issue is the lack of trust after my dog came home with a condition needing antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications, and they were not willing to take responsibility after an employee reassured me they would. Their decision says a lot about their lack in customer service and inability to follow through on their word. Will never be referring nor using their services ever again. And FYI, to Clark (the regional manager), ringworm was not even considered a possibility by the vet so do not make suggestions that are out of your scope of practice. Again, unprofessional. Which, by the way, the regional manger, Clark, removed his ringworm suggestion on Yelp because he read my update and probably realized it can be liable since he is not qualified to make such a suggestion. And the incident was a reaction that occurred immediately AFTER I took her to their shop. And Mickey was the one who pointed that out AFTER she saw her. How coincidental that the reaction was not present when I dropped her off and was present right after...seems pretty apparent in liability. So the fact that they did not take responsibility of their direct action tells me regional manager and staff, in fact, do NOT take claim of injury seriously. Internal investigations can simply dwindle down to heresay, as I have no proof they actually called the vet nor do I know what the vet stated. They called me after their "internal investigation" with a myriad of excuses with no real action or change in results/outcome. Outcome, my dog was mistreated, but they took no responsibility. No point in listening to useless chatter. I've got better things to do than entertain excuses. -------------------------------------------------------------- I am not a person that leaves a lot of reviews on platforms, but I have to say, I am EXTREMELY unhappy with my experience at this Healthy spot. My rescue was groomed here and when I picked her up THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, she was presented to me with a swollen surgical site and what the vet suspects to be an irritated suture around her spay site. She was PERFECTLY fine up until I dropped her off and I've given her baths 5 times since I rescued her and no incidents as such occurred at home. The groomer, Mickey, stated it's "most likely the glue that was holding the skin together that has come undone" and tried insinuating she came in with a swollen site. LET ME BE VERY CLEAR, my dog did not have any swollen areas on her belly when I dropped her off. I'm going to the vet to get a closer examination tomorrow. Will be returning to drop off bill so they can pay as Mickey stated they would. Again, extremely disappointed and VERY upset that this happened. Makes my mind go to worse places imagining what they could've done to make this happen and how they treated her when I wasn't there. Also sad that just so happens that my dog is the one that had a bad experience here according to all other positive reviews. Really wish I never came here to begin with.

We got to the shop minutes before it closed. The girl working there was very friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here because I know that I will always find what my furry baby needs. Oh, and it is always sparkling clean.

Best spot for grooming and the staff is so wonderful. They have a great selection of door and treats. My little puppy is a grand chewer. They introduced me to a yak cheese bone. It lasts my dog a week and no problems with his digestive system.

Great set up for our favorite one stop pet shop! Intimiate space easy to access all our favorite foods and treats and to top it off the grooming salon is top notch! Parking in the back and very close to Urth Cafe

A nee location to service pet owners. With dog grooming and sales of many items. Grand opening today. Store was packed and it was a warm day. Caution on parking be very aware of parking on street as daytime is 1 ht and patrols are hourly $52 for going over so maybe better in back.
