Dr. Lynn and her assistants are amazing!!!????

This facility will waste your time and are unfortunately very unprofessional. I made an appointment for my dog for much needed dental care. I explained my dog's medical history and they assured me their facility could fully handle my dog's needs. Due to their busy schedule the appointment was set out almost two months from the date of my call. I moved several important work obligations because of the appointment. They contacted me 2 *TWO* days before the appointment to cancel. Their reason for canceling was my dog's medical condition- which they had full knowledge of at the time of making the appointment and had assured me they were fully capable of handling- Very unprofessional.

Dr Lynn is awesome. So are all the staff there.

Dr. Lynn, Marlene and the entire staff were INCREDIBLY responsive when I called in right before closing time with a dental emergency for my dog. They were kind, caring, accommodating and thorough when I had already called 7 other vets for help and was, essentially, turned away. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

Took great care of my dog's broken tooth and found other teeth that were infected and needed to come out that I wasn't even aware of. Did a great job cleaning teeth and trimming nails. Before and after photos and x-rays were clear and super helpful for understanding problem areas.

The receptionist was not very nice. I called to ask about pricing for services and she was adamant she couldn't tell me anything until we had an exam. I went to another office and they were much more transparent from the start.

Edited: I had a poor experience with AVD. -they double booked my dog’s surgery after I paid them 3 times what my vet charges for labs because AVD told me they could get him in that week. -they failed to realize they double booked my dog until less than 24 hours before the surgery. -their receptionist was exceptionally rude on the phone about rescheduling even when it was their error. After later speaking with the practice manager, he apologized for the receptionist’s behavior. -it ended up costing over $1000 more than I was quoted. I was quoted $1400 and it ended up at $2500. I was told they would likely pull 3-5 teeth and they ended up pulling 9. With the consult, it cost around $3000. I am sure you can find somewhere cheaper for what seems like a routine procedure. -for drop off, my partner experienced the same attitude that I had experienced on the phone. Seems like an employee that needs some customer service training. -For pickup, I was told “around 5 PM.” I showed up at 4:45 PM. I waited more than 30 minutes—past the pickup time— and no one from the dentistry team came to let me know what was going on. Overall, the staff has obvious issues and the pricing was through the roof. I wouldn’t recommend this place and will probably take my other dogs elsewhere. For the price, I would expect great service, which is the opposite of what I received.

My dog Bella has been saved from NOT having parts of her jaw removed or gums cut because these are wild requests from various vets. Here at Advanced, we have been able to keep her dental health up with cleaning, a root canal, and doctor's prescribed mouthwash. She's happy older pup and we both are grateful for Advanced Veterinary dental

Made an appointment over a month in advance. Took the day off from work and called to confirm the appointment. Get a call three days prior to tell me sorry, it's cancelled. After spending over $3000 for overpriced procedures here, I won't be back.

Dr. Lynn and her staff took exceptional care of my cat who needed a tooth extraction quick (bad infection). They have a really busy schedule and due to the nature of my cat's condition and my work schedule, they went above and beyond to help us. I really appreciated it.

Highly trained, specialized faculty and staff make this particular health care facility one of the best you can find in all of LA County

I'd like to take a moment to give a great big shout out to Dr. Jennifer Lynn and her techs, Katie and Beth, with Advanced Veterinary Dentistry in Pasadena for taking such good care of our pups, Jack and Annie! Checking in for their cleaning was quick, efficient, and thorough. Communication after dropping them off was excellent. I received several calls throughout the morning keeping me apprised of their progress. And check out was also very thorough. Dr. Lynn showed me the x-rays for both, discussed problem areas and where they looked really good. We also talked about their aftercare and at home maintenance in detail. I was also given a very nice printed summary of Dr. Lynn's findings including photos from before and after their cleaning. If your pet needs dental care and you're looking for a specialist, look no further than Dr. Lynn! Yes, it costs a bit more to see a specialist, but the return on investment is well worth it.

Worth the drive across the border.. best dentist I've ever been to! Below half of what dentists charge in the states.. and they take insurance..

Great for tough pet dental problems that the typical vet can't handle. Rather expensive but you know the problem will be resolved.

Awesome place! When I picked up my German Shepherd after a cleaning, he literally was trying to go back in while they were going over post-op instructions in the lobby. That tells me they treated him very well. Couldn't ask for more.

The staff here is truly exceptional. I've taken my furry kid here several times. He's a power chewing German Shepherd that damaged his canine once and needed a root canal ????. The AVD took care of it and saved his tooth! We've gone back for cleanings also. He's got beautiful healthy teeth and we're grateful for their love and dedication to their work.

Dr. Lynn and her staff are amazing. They are professional, experienced, attentive, thorough, friendly and really listen and take care without rushing. Dr. Lynn really made the difference in my cat's dental issues and I'm truly happy I brought her to Advanced Veterinary Dentistry. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Right off the bat I will say this stuff isn't cheap, but my dogs badly needed the work and the wife and I didn't want to bargain shop. We looked up reviews, called several places and after talking to Jessica from Dr. Lynn's office we knew we found our doc. Both Jessica and Dr. Lynn were extremely nice, professional and patient (all doctors should be patient...ha!). You can tell they love their practice and are not just punching a clock and picking up a check. Long story short - After utilizing their services, my dogs' teeth are pearly white and their breath no longer rank. They know their stuff here and it shows.
