May 2021 I took my cat there to have a lump surgically removed. The vet did NOT offer any other solutions. I just assumed removing the lump would end the problem. FIVE months later and $1300 out of pocket for the surgery, the cat has developed SEVERAL lumps full of bloody pus. I would expect a "good" doctor, tell me that surgery is not going to solve the problem. Instead, I remember the assistant that brought my cat out to me after surgery muttering under her breath: "the lump may come back." I didn't think it would be possible, but clearly, Dr. Franke KNEW the issue would NOT be resolved by surgery but he went ahead to make the $1300. He has no interest in helping animals, only lining his pockets. SHAME ON YOU! My son is beside himself with grief at our cat's condition.

Wonderful staff, and so kind too our OEBD ..

We have brought our dogs to Montrose for several years now. They've nursed one over two nights through pancreatitis, and helped guide us through palliative care for the other, who's got terminal cancer. I don't know why I bothered to call anyone else to help put my big cocoa bean down--all my arrangements fell apart. And today is the day, he can't suffer any longer. I called Montrose to see if I could bring him in. Instead, someone from their office is on their way to help us now. They've quite literally just saved the day. All I can say is that they have always been there for our pets, and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thank you thank you thank you

WORST CARE TAKER FOR ANY PETS. DO YOUR PET A FAVOR FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE. SHE MADE NUMEROUS WRONG DIAGNOSIS WHICH COST US CHUNK OF MONEY AND WE ALMOST LOST OUR 4 YEAR OLD DOG. WE HAVE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH STATE AUTHORITIES

Dr. Mitchell and crew are fantastic! I have been coming to them for 9 years now. Appointment times are incredibly flexible, care is wonderful, and staff are super nice and pleasant. Do yourself a favor...book an appointment for your family member ;).

I love this pet hospital. Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Bayliff are both very kind, compassionate and caring. They love animals, and have taken great care of all our animals for a number of years. I highly recommend them!

Currently in Covid lockdown. Make an appt, park in back. Text when you arrive. They call to verify and come to your car, take your pet in and then the Dr calls to chit chat re: the findings, pay with a credit card while they bring your pet back to the car. I miss the face to face but this works well.

just got our little puppy in march. they have been so lovely and helpful. answering our worried questions when we call because our dog lost a tooth.... actually we call about pretty much everything. Can't say enough how great this place is. They have taken great care of our pup Sunny and us!

Loved the doctor. A bit pricey, and the receptionist had a slight attitude, but they took care of my dog! Thank you.

I cannot compare pricing to other vets but I have found them to have great customer service, always treat my pets well and make time for you when you are having a pet emergency. I personally like Dr. Kim but have found other vets their to be helpful as well.

Kind and clean place. 7days a week vets available. But little bit pricey.
