We drove three hours through traffic and road construction, got here only five minutes late, and because we were five minutes late they can’t possibly see us. I have a dog that seriously needs help they knew that and they didn’t care five minutes was all it took for them to not care for my animal I do not recommend this place for anybody that might have a critically ill animal because if you’re five minutes late they won’t see you.

Tuyuk even I'll is always happy to come to Animal Dermatology. Dr Dong and staff always treat him with great care and are always greeted with a tail wag. This is unusual for an Akita, especially Tuyuk so we know he gets treated with special care. Thank you so much for being there!

The medical care has always been thorough with a very pragmatic approach which has resulted in an effective treatment plan for her. Thank you for all of your help with her skin allergy issues!

Top marks for courtesy and expertise - my cocker spaniel came here three years ago on the verge of losing his hearing to chronic ear infections. He hasn't had an ear infection since and his skin and coat have improved dramatically as well.

Our dog Shark had inexplicable itch and irritation on his back feet. He would also scratch a lot despite us giving him a regular dose of flea prevention. Our regular vet recommended that we see a specialist. We couldn’t wish for a more professional clinic to treat Shark. Dr. Griffin and his staff have treated Shark and immediately got him better. We couldn’t wish for a more thorough, caring and professional treatment. Five stars!

We are in the treatment process for my cat and the care is more or less adequate so far BUT the doctors are rarely on staff so you gotta wait couple days untill you get your refill or answer to your question. I cannot get how you can run a clinic without at least one doctor being always in.

Very nice staff! Dr. Ewing is great! He really did a lot to make sure the problem was correctly identified and prescribed an aggressive regimen to eliminate the issue. Also very quick to follow up and respond to my call when things weren't going well. My boy (cat) is now happier than I've seen him in about two years!!! Highly recommended.

After the general vet dismissed and dismissed my dog's skin growths, I decided to find a dermatology specialist, and am so glad I did. They turned out to be benign, which was half my concern. Dr. Ewing told me we can remove the ones bothering my poor boy, and that was my other concern. I will be taking him back in to remove a few that are driving him nuts between his toes for sure. The doctor sent others for a biopsy which my usual vet was unwilling to do. This hospital is great.

I always have a great experience taking Chloe here. They pay attention to her condition and she’s always excited to see everyone there. Last week she ran up to the nurse with a wagging tail. I will continue to drive an hour every month to this facility because I am very pleased with the work they do.

We were really nervous about a growth on our dogs head. They addressed and took care of the issue and Max didn't even mind.... These folks are great. (We're talking minor surgery...)

The girls are great at handling my animal. Kona is a rescue dog. He is also very aggressive. I would recommend the clinic to everyone who needed to use them. Thank you to all the workers and doctors.

Dr Don was very helpful in explaining what our little pooch symptoms were and put my mind at rest on a previous missed diagnosis of mass cancer in the paw, that turned out to be benign. Furthermore, explained other concerns of bumps and blackheads on her body proposed recommendations on removing them, that I'm strongly considering. I would highly recommend their clinic to anyone having dermatology issues with their pets. To add, the staff was very kind and considerate.

This office is incredible. I was a little worried because the price was a good amount more than our regular vet but wow is it worth it. My cat had to have a mass removed from her ear canal that our regular wasn't even able to fully diagnose. We brought her here and within 20 minutes of her being brought in they knew exactly what it was and had a treatment plan. Dr. Milich is our vet and she has been wonderful. She's so kind and extremely knowledgeable. She did an incredible job with the surgery and anticipating exactly how it was going to go so we had no negative surprises. She gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire situation. Even when a concern arose after the surgery was completed they got us in quickly to make sure everything was okay. The staff is also always so kind and willing to do whatever is needed. What started as a very distressing and upsetting medical problem turned into a wonderful experience with extremely knowledgeable professionals that made the entire process very easy. I can rest assured that my cat got the best care we could've found here. It's no wonder they are so highly rated in reviews and also from our regular vets office. Overall this office, especially Dr. Milich, is great and worth every penny. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know personally!

No complaints from my pet. Hard to get timely appointments.

Dr. Ewing has been fabulous taking care of our dog’s ear infection. He patiently listens to my long list of questions and concerns and doesn’t rush. He’s very knowledgeable and informative. And whenever I think I have an emergency, he’s always quick to get back in touch with me to solve it. He writes up clear notes on every visit, tracks and remembers all the things we’ve talked about on previous visits, and writes clear instructions on what I’m supposed to do with medications and follow up visits.

The staff have been credibly helpful in controlling my cats itchiness and scratching with both short and long term treatments. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been friendly and knowledgeable and I feel like I can trust their guidance.

Excellent place to take your pet for skin ailments! The staff is fantastic! Dr. Lanceloti is very professional and very attentive!
