Polite and helpful service. Also they let my dogs in.

I felt like they played a bait and switch on me. Last week I was told that a bath and nail cut basic service was 15 or 20. Came in today and was charged 26. I have a jack Russell almost 10months old. Supposedly the puppy service is for 5 Months or less. Probably won't be back.

Stopped here in my running errands with my gurl to get the fur babies dog food... Wasnt that busy.

After all I enjoy shopping at the Palm Desert PetSmart. Always happy to go in and see the clean store and smiling faces of employees. Just need to have more employees someone's lines are very long. But I still give it a 5-star rating

It is a good store but what is up with the cat food selection?

Horrible customer service. I purchased over $1,200 in Terrariums and needed two more to complete the set so I purchased online and when I went to pick up they had canceled my order. When I spoke to the manager she refused to do anything even though I had plenty of money in my bank account they claim it was a billing address issue except for it worked earlier that day. No real explanation besides not wanting to give me the black Friday deal. They tried saying that they were out of stock but they had plenty in store. I am now having to drive an hour and a half home to pick up the cages that I had on the purchase and I’m going to return them because I can no doubt and find them somewhere else cheaper.

I am a hard-core La Quinta Petsmart customer. I never leave there without at least buying $40 worth of fish or whatever. The palm desert store off Monterey was terrible. I was not greeted at the door, nor did anyone come by the fish area to see if we needed any help. I liked their selection of fish better then the La Quinta store, but I would rather have good customer service then some nice fish.

Overall I give us more fully 07 the problem comes with The Grooming safe place to build a living up the sounds really nice

Take your dog and walk the isles. Plenty if everything your dog needs! And their veterinarian service thru the wellness plan - Banfield- is duper. Akways in time and always their for you- and your pet!

Today I was talked out of bringing home a corn snake by a young lady who manages the reptile section. I know Petsmart employees aren't typically known for being knowledgeable, but this particular employee whose name I forgot to get I spoke knew her stuff. In fact, her knowledge of snakes was extensive enough to recommend a different breed to me that perfectly fit what I was looking for. As for the location itself, the animals were handled with care by employees and they regularly cleaned the enclosures.

Had what I needed and plenty of parking for my motorhome

Chris the manager was very helpful and allowed me to shop even though the store was about to close. I was able to purchase urgent supplies for my recovering cat ????. Thank you Chris and your great team!

Love petsmart, most of the groomers are really good with my picky girls

Love this place, you can tell everyone loves animals and the grooming is good for the money spent.

The staff was nice bit they did not have two cat toys of the same that I wanted for my cats. They also did not have a bigger bag of the bedding for my snake.

employees are very knowledgeable and the store is well stocked with everything you need.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this store. The employees are very friendly and always nice. They are very helpful and management is amazing. There's always a good selection and the sales are amazing. I won't go anywhere else in The Valley except for that store. You will not be disappointed! Also, the grooming salon is fabulous!!

Very dissatisfied and charged more than the expected quote. Shaved my dog and charged $8.00 for conditioning for a dog shaved! Uneven hair cut and not a cleaned up room to start wit even.

Liked that they had a associate greet when you entered very welcoming. Went to inquire about the vet services and didn't appreciate just being handed a brochure without really given any information. I can read information online thats why I went to the store is to speak with someone. If you want to sell your clearance items maybe price them. Didn't like that alot of items weren't priced. I think we will stick to our Palm Springs location and find another veterinarian service that takes time with customers.

Would of been better had they had the only thing we needed..Even warehouse out..Ok so order more from another vendor..Nope..Petco here we come...
