I recommend you don't shop there. Nate will take your money and run.. There are many more pet stores that care about their business, customers, and pets. I wanted to support small businesses but I will never ever support this store ever again. I hope his business will be shut down soon! I ordered 40lbs of pet food from him and only received half of the product. I did not open the food right the way because I still had old food left. When I was ready to open the food I noticed it was only 20lb. We trusted him and this was the first time we ordered in bulk and from this pet store. I paid $260 for 40lbs but only got 20lbs. The box proof everything! I called him and told him I only got 20lb and he claims that I got 40lb because the box says 40 patties so that equals out to 40lb. 40 patties but a total of 20lbs. he said send me pictures and he called his distributor to find out what happened. He told me that the barcode doesn't match up with the distributor. He will figure it out and will call me back in 2 days. A week went by no phone call. I called him and he said there's nothing he can do because the purchase was 3 weeks ago. It doesn't matter if it's 3 weeks or 3 days... that's not how you do business. He refused to listen to me and kept saying everything was right with the distributor but that is not what he said previously.

Rosie (my Bull Terrier) and I love this place. The owner is aces and always goes out of his way to find what we need if it's not in stock. Highly recommend patronizing this small biz.

This place is great, the owner is so welcoming and helpful with suggestions and questions. Only place I get my dogs food and treats. He actually researches for the best products and only carries those brands.

Attended a birthday party catered by Fog City Pet Supplies, great service and excellent food! Very clean and neatly organized. Gentlemen working very polite, curious, hard working and service with a smile. We will definitely call them on our next event. Highly recommend them.

Nate is the best! He carries all the good healthy food for your cat...and he is cool. I used to show my art there when I lived in Pacifica. Here is a picture of Shady the Cat that may still be there.

Small store, but great variety. Even if there is something they don't carry, they are willing to special order it for you. Nate was super helpful, and friendly. I had to special order my dog's food, and it only took a week for the store to receive it. (I don't believe there was any extra charge either for the special order). They also have a rewards program. Will definitely be coming back.

Nate will do whatever he can to make sure your pets are well cared for. He will order anything you need. Special food orders or whatever. His prices are the lowest anywhere.

I love this pet store. My dog is a delicate little flower, and I have to special order almost everything for him. Nate, the owner, is very accommodating. Ask Nate for help, if your furbaby has special needs, he can help. I love shopping local, too.

This place is great. I have to be honest, I don't go very often. But, whenever I have gone, I have had a great conversation with the staff, and gotten really good recommendations. We went in when I was looking for a treatment for fleas, and I was walked through options and approaches. They have a good assortment of health food options for docs, and the owner told me they would be able to order almost anything. I hope they are doing well now that a pet food express has moved in.

On April 18th, I stopped by Fog City Pet Supplies on Palmetto. It was around 3:00 pm, and I had hoped they were still open. I wasn't expecting much, but the vibe was great and Nate, the owner of the store, was really kind and open. Fog City Pet Supplies sells leashes, collars, licenses, dog/cat food, treats, dog toys, and a few other things for your pet. I purchased a couple of tennis balls and 2 collars from here on different days but it was well worth it! All the times I walked in with Hercules, Nate, always gave him treats and greeted us both with kindness. He always asked me if I ever needed any help or if there was anything in particular I was looking for, I told him I found what I was looking for already and purchased them. Although half of the stuff is a little pricey, it is well worth purchasing even if it is a leash, collar, treats, or a toy for your pet. Thanks Nate for your kindness!
