Very organized in handling pets and owners with respect to keeping space, no waiting room full of people. Dr Glahn has always been very compassionate in dealing with my Ella...keeping a sweet kitty going in her senior years.

The doctors and staff are all great! We trust them with our 5(!) cats. And it's great that it's cat-only, so no other animals to stress out our kitties.

Dr.Couture gives very good care for my kitty, who is shy and always feels anxious about the vet visit. The whole team is nice, patient, and knowledgeable about feline. I will continue with them for the further vet visits.

Sounds like a nasty place. I haven't even got a chance to confirm my first appointment or email them a paperwork, as started getting calls about 10 days ahead of the appointment. First - the male associate with an unsteady voice can't find a well known Peninsula vet clinic in San Mateo for requesting papers, then next day he called and asked my address and after that requested a down payment for the visit. What? I have been with 2 vet clinics and can't even imagine them asking for a pay ahead. I said I am not giving him that 10 days ahead, especially on the phone! Next a manager called me and said they don't want me in their clinic. Great! Bye! And it is while knowing that we need a rabbies vaccine already! That I would come for sure.

This place is the cat's pajamas! But all kidding aside, I earnestly love everything about this clinic. The doctors are brilliant, and kind. The office staff and technicians are top-notch. The facility is clean, and run with efficiency. They earnestly care about their clients- they take care of their cats with excellence and a gentle approach. I cannot recommend Coastal Cat Clinic highly enough!

Wish I knew about Coastal Cat Clinic before! My previous vet neglected my feline because she is very aggressive and never offered to sedate her or give her anything to relax. Staff was also amazing and the Doctor called me and kept me up to date.

My cat required a procedure at an emergency clinic that required examination the following week. I didn't have a regular vet and chose Coastal Cat Clinic due to its reviews. The soonest online appointment was in six weeks, which I selected. However, I received a call the next day from the Clinic asking for more information, after which my cat was scheduled within a week. The curbside process for appointments is very well organized, everyone at the Clinic is wonderful, patient, and spent time explaining their process and my cat's progress. I'm very impressed with both my cat's and my experience.

Always friendly, doctor is great !

COVID-19 protocol is being used, so my cat was picked up from my car for her exam at the exact appointment time. Exam was thorough, and Dr Glahn talked to me on phone as I waited. She explained preliminary findings, recommended several tests. Today she phoned me with lab results and explained everything to me, along with discussing treatment options. She is always thorough and takes the necessary time to help me understand what needs to be done.

I really like Dr. Couture and Coastal Cat Clinic. The service I got is way much better than other vet hospital I have been. I feel safe and confident that my cat will get the best treatment here. Dr. Couture is very nice and patient. She always share all the detail and provide useful suggestions! Dr. Couture never asks you to do unnecessary exam. She is very considerate for my cat's situation and provides exam, medication only needed, so that my cat doesn't need to suffer too much. In addition, Dr. Couture is very responsive. I always get response within 12 hrs, even on weekend! The staff in Coastal Cat Clinic are very nice and responsive as well. Nothing more I can ask for from Coastal Cat Clinic.
