I posted a review five years ago. I noticed it is no longer posted. When my dog was a patient, he escaped and a Good Samaritan found him. He delivered my dog to the vet, and they called me. The vet called, but because I was at work, I didn’t notice the voicemail. When I called them at 4:30, they told me they called the pound and had him sent there. My dog was not only a patient, he had a severe heart condition. It was an unconscionable decision. These people have no business being in animal care.

Everything recent reviews mention is accurate. Incredibly long (and misleading) wait times (north of 3 hrs with an appointment). Rude staff. It’s very clear they do not have their things in order and do not care about customer service.

Dr. Jordan was great, but she left. The customer service is kind of bad… but from the reviews that I’ve seen from people who work here; it’s a VERY TOXIC work environment. So I guess it starts from the top.

You’ll wait at least a week to get an appointment and wait over two hours for an exam. $1100 fro X-rays and an exam. INSANELY rude office staff.

Our experiences here have been horrible we will not be returning. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. The wait times are astronomical, the staff lost my dogs record, they tried to treat my dog with multiple shots that he already had, they lied about not having a vaccine that they actually had. Terrible customer service

I have been a customer here for 3 years. My puppy has a procedure done that takes 5 minutes but saves her a lot of pain. Tried to make an emergency appointment because she is in so much pain. Only to be told it will take a week. You would think that they would care more about their pets then they do. It’s a shame!

Very competent and friendly, run by animal lovers, and the two giant Maine Coons in the waiting area are a reason alone to come.

Terrible customer service. Been going for years, and have a simple but important question. Have called 5 times and have not gotten back to me. Super disappointed.

Dr Jordan is an amazing, empathetic and kind vet. She saved my dog's life after some poisoning - after hours, on a Friday and during a pandemic. We are thankful she was there on that night.

I recently bought a puppy and this is near my home. Im happy they have reasonable price and good service and quick turnaround. i tried two other spots before but decided to stick to this location. highly recommended

I moved to LA from the UK. My 13 yr old kitty is severely allergic to fleas so even though she is an indoor cat, I use a topical medication for her. Last summer, she got terribly sick after my former vet told me to use frontline, which is ineffective in this area, and then dosed her with high levels of cortisone, which apparently can cause transient diabetes in cats. Thank god I found Palisades Veterinary! They got my kitty healthy again, got me the flea treatment that I had used in the UK, and followed up when overgrooming was a holdover issue from my cat's bad experience. My cat has always been super healthy and mellow. It was so hard to see her get into this health situation and I am super relieved that she is once more in good hands at Palisades Veterinary. I highly recommend them to any cat owner.

I have a very friendly puppy pit bull who genetically has bad allergies. Comes to find out (from new doctors) that my dog has been suffering from a fungal infection and every time I’ve taken him to the vet all they’ve done is give him a 70$ cortisone shot. On top of this, we had left town for 3 days and had no one to take care of him, so they were more than welcome to take care of him. As soon as we got back and picked him up he had red rashes all over his skin and his whole underside was purple! They had ABUSED my dog and left him to suffer after knowing he has allergies. They were the ones to do the 450$ blood test to know what he’s allergic to and not only did they not avoid those things but they didn’t even give him treatment. No updates, no calls, NOTHING! I will never trust them to care for my dog ever again! I’ve moved on and I’ve found a great genuinely caring pet hospital with lower prices and better care on Wilshire (VCA Wilshire pet hospital). If you care and love for you’re pets DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!

I took my Brothers dog ER service they took care of Him n best part I had no waiting time. 1st time there I would recommend this place. I've always be greatful for taking care of my Doggie Nephew .he is family n they took care of Him like one too. Not a pet but a family member .. Fyi Godzilla is doing much better now. My 12 year old Cockapoo was in severe distress and needed immediate abdominal surgery. Dr. N was extremely helpful in explaining my options. Two weeks after surgery he is completely healed. Staff is friendly and attentive; they even delivered his new special food to my house.

My King Charles Cavaliers (two of them) have received care that is similar to what we provide in the hospital where I work! Lately, we've seen Dr. Haines who is wonderful, she calls me at home to get an update if I forget to call her. She bright and proactive in her approach to my pooch's recent illness. Our big Maine Coon was lucky enough to be groomed by your groomers. They had to eliminate mats on his hindquarters so we decided on a modified "lion cut" (Except keep the tail as is). He not only looks terrific; he is prancing and playing freely with pride as well! Good work, groomer team!

I have used this vet for over 25 years for our cats and dogs. You will not find better care -- they go the distance to find the answers for each and every animal and then render thorough and compassionate care. There is never a rushed visit - each doctor is dedicated to spending the time needed to treat your animal. The desk staff is knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. Secure parking is available on the premises. The extended weekday hours are extremely helpful. Pacific Palisades Veterinary Center is simply the BEST!

Great experience. Everybody is really nice and it shows that they really love what they do.

You can tell the whole staff really loves animals and Dr. Karen is wonderful. They follow-up, don't do unnecessary tests, and spend plenty of time with my kitties during their exams to check them out thoroughly. Both of my kitties feel very comfortable with Dr. Karen and the staff. I am so happy to have been referred to this office by another happy pet parent.
