The absolute best Vet Office! Dr. Kim and Dr. Quezada are so wonderful and helpful and the entire staff are so friendly and respond to questions quickly. I’ve always received the best care for my puppies! I wouldn’t take my puppies anywhere else!

I love the vets and all the technicians at this very group. They explain everything to you and their prices are reasonable.

I chose West LA Vet because they were rated really well online, but my experience with them was that they are more interested in making a quick buck than taking care of customers and their pets. I brought my cat to the clinic twice, once for a check-up and once for a booster shot, and both times the vet and her front desk staff were unaccommodating and disinterested in answering my questions. Furthermore, when I came to get the booster shot they charged me a second time for the set of shots, which was not included on the original estimate and never discussed with me prior to their demanding more money. When I disputed the charges, I was dismissed with a half-hearted apology and no attempt to remedy the situation. I don't recommend going here if you expect any kind of care or concern from your vet, as I was shown none and neither was my cat.

They have been great with my senior dog. Really friendly. Great care. Highly recommend.

First time using this vet. They are responsive, very proactive and extremely professional. We used them during covid lockdowns and their customer service was amazing. We are traveling and they handled his paperwork in a timely manner. 5/5 recommend Dr. Kim.

BEWARE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Unlike what their website says, they DO NOT operate a TRUE same-day urgent care for pets. The website says, " No appointment is required for emergencies or urgent care. We do ask, when possible, that you call us ahead of time to give us time to prepare" I just called and they said they don't have any openings today for my dog's new onset vomiting, diarrhea, and possible skin infection. I spoke with a man named Melcado? Deeply disappointed by the false advertisement and lack of compassion.

I am so happy that West LA Veterinary Group has opened. I have stayed with Drs Quezada and Kim since the last clinic they worked at closed and they opened their own veterinary group. They are so conscientious, professional and skilled. I feel very good about their veterinary expertise and lucky to have them caring for our beloved dogs.

My two cats and I had vaccines and treatment here. Dr. Quezada helped us a lot. She is a very patient and professional veterinarian.

I had the worst experience ever! The Doctor was nice however the staff was the WORST! I took my kitten to a blood test exam, she HURT my kitten and after she told me that they didn’t have the materials to do the exams, so if i want she would send her blood to other lab and i would pay twice of the price. I had an appointment and she only mentioned this AFTER HURTING my kitten. The name of the staff is Luisa, she didn’t apologize and said that if I wanted i could just take my kitten to another place!!! SO unprofessional and disrespectful!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not have a good experience with the staff. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The doctor was great but my pet suffered unnecessary pain due to staff incompetence. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Many options to choose from in the area.

The office is really nice and very clean. All the women working the front desk were lovely and the vet is patient and kind. I was very nervous about a lump on my pups belly and she took the time to explain all the options to me. Gave me a price quote before doing anything. I felt like her treatment recommendations were because she cared about being cautious and not because she wanted me to spend more money. Definitely recommend this office.

the Staff and the veterinarians are fantastic

Dr Kim and the rest of the team are awesome. They really care about the animals and I trust them completely, which is hard for me when my dog is concerned. I was scared for her getting a full dental cleaning with anesthesia but West La veterinary did an excellent job and my dog came through great. They take good care of the pets and are straightforward with their pricing. My only gripe is that they aren’t open on mondays but that’s not the biggest deal.

Unfortunately, we had to take our cat in for help crossing over the rainbow. The staff and doctor were extremely sensitive to our situation and very accommodating. They kept our little boy until the crematory was able to pick him up. Today, we received a very thoughtful and heartfelt condolence card in the mail that was signed by doctors and staff. The are a great group of people.

I took my dog in today for the first time & Dr. Quezada and her staff were thorough & great!

Excellent service. No wait. People are extremely helpful, nice, sweet and competent. They remember your name... Dr. Quezada Is very bright and has great follow up. She even called our other doc to confirm her diagnosis and treatment plan. They have modern systems (accept Android and Apple pay) and automatically email you your receipt. They are very thorough and ask all the right questions to cover all the bases.

Dr K takes great care of our pups!! Staff is super cool and explains things really well. They are also super adept at calming nervous animals, ie, me.

Very thoughtful staff, ensuring our cats are comfortable and keeping us involved in everything. Will listen carefully to individual concerns and provide thoughtful advice or recommendations either in person or on email. Highly recommended as regular vet!

I am from Italy and I have been trying to find a good vet in LA but I had a hard time until I found west LA vet! Dra Zedelis is great and so is Jeffrey! The clinic is clean and they are warm people and take good care of the animals!
