Absolutely terrible service. If you love your dog. Don't take them here. My poor pup was left in a cage until after closing with an 11am appointment. I thought it was just a busy day. Our next appointment was scheduled for 9am and my best bud was left caged until after closing once again. I called numerous times throughout his time there, and was told he was next. Only to have to show up and wait for hours in my car. My poor dog was traumatized.

This place is wonderful and professional. Mario trims all three of my dogs nails and is extra careful with my elderly dog.

Took my puppy here few weeks ago for his first cut. When I got there we had to wait outside that’s fine. A lady came out practically just grabbed my dog said what kind of cut I wanted and and left. After 3 hours they still hadn’t called me so I started getting worried I waited almost 4 hours and I called them and the lady says oh good thing you called because we didn’t have your number and my puppy still wasn’t done another hour passed and he was finally done and they had shaved him lol because too many knots

After several Bad hair cuts specifically done by the owner. Causing more stress on the dogs I just can’t recommend this place

We have never felt so comfortable leaving our dogs in the care of a groomer. As soon as we walked in the door it was obvious that they love dogs and enjoy taking care of them. My Boo always comes home looking great, and very happy! I highly recommend Underdor Pet Stylist

i asked the groomer to give my dog a teddy bear cut. He had NO idea what that was, he said it was a made up name from a random groomer... now if you google teddy bear cut for dogs youll see its thee most popular cut for the breed. also was cash only due to it beining dependant groomers thats fine but constantly reminding me its cash only is not necessary.. besides that cut was decent

This place is awesome I really give 5 Star reviews that's why it's only 4 but their patient with my dog... he has special needs. I'm a dog trainer so I know a lot of groomers... and my recommendations don't come lightly. The only complaint I ever have is they really need to get the dogs fully dry, when you have a long haired dog it promotes bacteria growth and tangling behind the ears. Otherwise it's as close to perfect as it gets

I have been coming here for about 3 times. They are friendly and helpful. No hidden cost. My dog was happy at pick up. The groomer Mario greeted me at drop off and pick up and was not rushed to talk to me about my dogs and his grooming. Very satisfied customer!
