My Zeus always gets a royal treatment. Blueberry facial etc. Monica is great and keeps him looking and smelling amazing! Eric always accommodates you when scheduling. The best groomer place in town!

I adopted from Castaic Animal Shelter recently & needed a local groomer. Text them to make appointments - very easy and look at that difference! He came home so happy & smelled so good!

I've favorably reviewed this shop before but my recent experience requires an update. I took my 2 fur babies in to be bathed. When I picked them up I noticed redness in spots on my Chi's tummy which weren't there when I dropped her off. I brought it to the attention of the owner's son, who was in charge. By the time I got home, 3min later, he had sent a text to keep him updated on her condition and said I could bring her back for a oatmeal bath to soothe her skin. As it turned out, the redness went away with no side effects. What I really liked was the owner took responsibility from the first. No "are you sure she wasn't like that when you brought her in?" He made me feel like they cared about my dog's wellbeing and if something was wrong, they would make it right. That kind of accountability is rare and MUCH appreciated. I highly recommend this groomer!

My 16 y/o doxie has issues with her toe nails. They trimmed them perfectly and I will continue taking her there from now on????????

I went a few days ago and they did such a great job with my little boy! They even gave me a cute little picture of him with a Halloween bandana that they gave him. ❤️

Great staff, they do an Awesome job, always make my dog look his best.

The hair cut was uneven and very short. I also noticed my dog’s eye was bloodshot red the next day. I just went to the vet and they asked me if I had recently got him groomed. After telling them I did they told me that the groomers probably put a choker on him and were pulling it so it strained his eye. My dog is not aggressive at all towards other dogs or humans. The choker was definitely uncalled for and the fact that they did this to him is horrific. Would definitely not recommend going there.

Always have openings and price is always right

I have never really been happy with my dogs grooming until I brought her here. It’s not a “fru-fru” place but it is highly efficient one. They listened to what I wanted and they did exactly what that was. And at a very decent price....I gave them a good tip because I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them and to the disgruntled person who said the five star reviews are phony- she’s lying. I will continue to bring my two dogs for grooming!

I’ve been bringing my gizzy here since he was a pup. I seriously in love with this place. Everyone is super friendly. They do an amazing job.. my gizzy looks super cute when he’s fresh groomed and all puffed out.. and I love that it’s very family oriented. This will always be my number one spot..

They did a great job on the grooming of my dogs. The nails looked great when they had finished. The staff at the time where friendly and professional. Will be returning.

My guess is that these 5 star reviews are fabricated. The people are not friendly. It was supposed to take 2 hours for a groom, de-shedding, haircut, nail trim, teeth brushing, and anal glands expressed. I got a call within 30 minutes of dropping my dog off that she was ready, which is not nearly enough time to do all those things. Her haircut was very choppy and uneven, the de-shedding was clearly not performed at all. And when I picked her up she was traumatized. I will never take my baby back here!

I have been bringing my Molly here for over a year since I rescued her. They have the best most competitive prices, it’s a family run business & they are all the nicest kindest people, and my Molly is always happy & in good spirits when I pick her up.

I just had the most chaotic experience taking my dog here to get his nails clipped where I left feeling frantic…The place is very small so it was super loud and noisy with all the dogs barking, they were taking peoples dogs and putting them in cages and my dog was freaking out which made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve taking my dog to the groomers before and he’s never reacted this way. When I take my dog to the groomers I want it to be an enjoyable event not only for him but for me as well and I have to say unfortunately this was not one of those times.

Aside from extra wait time due to an uncooperative puppy, which I understand can make issues for groomers, they did an amazing job on my pug. He was clean, happy, and nails trimmed a good length at a great price. They even suggested I keep an eye on his ears for infection and made sure I consider taking him to vet. Good service, good price. I will likely be making monthly appointments!

Great customer service. We called last minute and they made space to squeeze us in I have 3 pups. They did a amazing job because my lil pup doesn't let anyone touch him so I was worried about him. But they did good and they sure did smell good after!

This was my first time using PETZ Perfection. The staff was friendly pet friendly that is professional the facility was clean but most of all my dog loved it. They did a great job with him. He got the haircut and a bath and it was perfect.
