I liked the way they help my dog max now his better then ever.

We have had problems with this particular Banfield. I usually have a great experience at other Banfield. My one dog we purchased pet insurance and every time his appt was canceled. Leaving a message for no one to return your call. They hardly ever answer their phone. Needless to say pet insurance was a waste. When I took my other dog in there today the front didn't listen to me at all was forced to giving my dog an injection for treatment that was not needed. I guess her computer wasn't working and I repeatedly had to repeat the same steps over and over and she kept blaming me of canceling it out.I told her that I was clicking on the green button to complete transaction. If my dog didn't need to go I would of canceled and gone somewhere else. The positive thing was Dr.Wray was a good Vetenarain.

I am very dissappointed in Banfield in Oxnard. There were three occasions where my dog needed to be seen soon because he got very sick and they were not willing to give me an appointment soon enough. They always said they were booked. But, I feel they need to have some appointments available if its urgent. I have been sent somewhere else three times. Today, my dog happens to gotten a bad infectio and needs to be seen soon for antibiotics and once again they were not helpful. They said they can send me over to Thousand Oaks. I called Banfield in Ventura and Thousand Oaks and no one answers the phone. However, Banfield is just good with routine visits, checkups and vaccines. But, I am paying monthly insurance for my dog with them and I feel they need to be providing services that are available anytime. Its very stressful to take a big 90lb dog to a place that is far away especially if I live in Oxnard. This location is not very reliable. Am not happy with them. As soon as I am done with this treatment for my poor dog, I am going to start looking for another veterinarian clinic that are more reliable.

They helped me get my diabetic kitty in remission in under a month.

Took three months to get a dental appointment and then they give me bad attitude that I’m late for my dogs teeth cleaning :(

Banfield Pet Hospital. Now this is a place that loves pets and treats your pet with care. Liz is amazing and always takes care of Sterling Archer. The Vets and Vet Techs are very caring and go through there examination with you so you can understand what is needed for your pet to healthy and happy . I suggest that you get a care package they really turn out being a valuable tool to keep your dog strong and up to date with all is needs. This includes shots ,visits ,deworming , and a wisdom panel plus they will work with your schedule to give your furry friend all the advantages of the plan. Its no insurance so medication is not included but it is a preventive dream. Love this place you will too.

Great place to bring your kids if the zoo is not an option. Masks required and covid really shrunk their pretty options to view. Abundant goldfishes though.

I don't know nothing about the hospital I was looking for leashes for my dogs on Pets Mart.

The people here are so nice and helpful! They know our Pets are family to us and they take care of them that way!

I believe the vet we saw was Dr. Rodgers, I hope I have that right. Wonderfully well informed and diligent - we're very grateful for her checkup on an issue with our cat. The other staff we interacted with more briefly, but they were very pleasant and courteous.

They take great care of my standard poodle! I know I'm leaving them in great hands every time I drop her off! They are always very friendly and I reccomend everyone to go there for any of your pups needs.

Always taking care of pets good, but really should have appointments made, mostly right now with covid-19 going on.

My puppy's vet answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. She was gentle with my puppy and was very polite to us. He went for shots and a check up. They called me as soon as he was all done with his visit and gave him a cookie. We both left happy☺

They were very helpful when dealing with another uncooperative owner whose dog bit ours. They also went over all our options to provide our dog with the best care.

This place deserves a better rating! Always gets my pets the care they need, and they're very timely in notifying us of our upcoming appointments. Also, extremely accommodating. I had an emergency with my dog this morning, and even though they were booked today, they easily transferred me to another location that had openings.

It’s not a good place to be with your pets if you need any certificates. They always messed up. Even they also like to lie to customers sometimes if they make mistakes. I have no idea that they gave me the appointment at 7:30 in the morning and let me show with my pets be present, after that I come to the store they just told me for drop off. Who gonna drop off the pets and leaving if you were drive through an hours longer hospital? They don’t try to fix the problems also try to push the mistakes on me. PpNever ever come again.
