The worst experience I’ve had in animal care, mostly everyone was nice, but the Vet was extremely rude while discussing care and medication. Said that they’re not “appreciating” my dogs pain while I was trying to figure out which treatments were priority for him. It’s super expensive and at the end of the day they charged me for a medication I had declined multiple times. Really disappointing :/ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM UNLESS THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY EVEN IF YOU DO NOT SHOW. Never received any services from this place and somehow have an almost $200 bill? Explain to your clients all your small print. We never signed anything that stated there would be fees nor explained their cancellation policy.

Very unkind staff. My German Shepard has had a digestive problem for moths! He was 90 lbs now he’s 57lbs. The breather where I purchased the dog from, a German Shepard specialist recommended a special kind of food which requires a prescription. They wouldn’t give us one over the phone they wanted a check up, and prepaid. Although disappointed because they have seen him multiple times for the same issue and it had been just weeks since the last time. we agreed. After waiting a week for the appointment, we where 15 minutes late and they not only did not see us but they want us to prepay for a future appointment 2 weeks from now. It’s just food, the dog is slowly dyeing from malnutrition. Also they did a whole exam a few weeks ago. I just don’t understand how they are so dismissive and cold hearted. I bet it would have taken 2 minutes from the doctor to ok his prescription food. Although we’ve have been here many times and can’t find the issue, I understand that diagnosis can be complicated but just being kind specially as a veterinarian clinic doesn’t cost anything. The front office staff should get a job at the DMV, they have the right attitude for that.

I took my yorkie there and from the very beginning the front office staff and technicians were very rude and unprofessional. I have left on hold for a long period of time as I continuously asked to speak to the doctor in reference to bloodwork he got there which I asked for after calling 3 times. Then I was told the doctor would call me but I received a call from a technician who is not a doctor and didn’t have the answers only saying I don’t know maybe he ate a gum or a grape. I don’t play when it comes to my family and my yorkie is my baby. They are rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent! I will not tolerate any form of disrespect especially when it’s me taking care of my dog!!! Get it together and the doctor needs to know what her staff is doing because the complaints are out of control!!

My 9 month English Bulldog died within 12 hours of surgery and being release from this place. To the doctor and staff, your pet is just another number to them. From the start, they tried to vaccinate my dog on vaccines he already had and overcharge us on anything they can. This is a horrible place and staff. We confronted the Doctor and she was very defensive and would blame her staff. Don't go through what my family went throu. We miss our dog everyday, go elsewhere!

Receptionist didn’t even know if they did ultrasounds. Then refused to quote me a price or even a range. Told me it depended on the pet. Lol! No. That’s wrong.

I've been going their for more then twenty years always treated me good. Today when l called l can tell its different the girl said new policy l need to pay before my pet is seen ok after she took my money and gave me my apt l said thank you and she just hunk up what a rude girl you bet lm going to complain to some one when l get their two weeks later.

We had a very good experience in the attention and care given to my dog in a time of emergency. They speak Spanish and English and are helpful in assisting with any questions even after the appointment.

Donna the manager treats people that go through the low income Saturday clinic like they are not customers of the clinic. During our visit we along with another person parked in front of the clinic in the “customer” parking and she was going down the Saturday line asking who had parked there and threatened to tow us if we didn’t move because that was only for customers who were not there for the low income Saturday clinic. 3 weeks later (today) I called to find out which vaccines our puppy had received because we wanted to go to a different vet she told me she could not give me the information because we had been seen through the Saturday low income and her computer didn’t have this i formation. She would need to go to a different computer and she said she wouldn’t do it. She asked me to drive there for the information. Felt so discriminated against. Very unprofessional.

I forgot to make this review from last time I was there but they did such a great job i felt I had to take a moment now. They took amazing care of Bernie even playing with her while i was gone. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and Im so greatful that they did everything they could to help me and Binx out. Thanks!

I’ve taken my pets to Adobe for over 20 years. With the distancing rules we all have to follow during this phase in our lives, it is important to park in the lot, call the front desk to let them know you are there for the appointment and when the room and staff are ready they come get you and the patient. Do plan on spending at least an hour in the exam room because the staff takes time with each patient and they are very thorough. Saturday afternoons a wellness clinic is held from 1-3PM for vaccinations. Cash only and no examinations. Adobe is a little on the pricey side but I like taking my pets (family) there.

I had an emergency and the staff was quick to get me in even though I had never been here before. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. My pet was promptly treated. I would definitely return.

Dr. O’Neal AKA “THE OWNER “ and worst provider !! She is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS NO COMPASSION for you or your animals !!! I DO NOTTTTT RECOMMEND !! SHE WAS SCREAMING AT HER STAFF, SCREAMING IN THE LOBBY AT A CUSTOMER && REFUSED TO TREAT AN ANIMAL IN THE LOBBY BECAUSE THE SHE WAS TOLD THE CUSTOMER FELT UNCOMFORTABLE BY THE WAY SHE WAS ACTING and asked for the previous Veterinarian to see their kitten .If I could have given negative stars I would have . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
