Orland Veterinary Hospital Orland, California

This has been my veterinary hospital for over 20 years now. Everyone there is kind and good at what they do. I have pets with strange conditions and ailments and have always found their services impeccable. The doctors, assistants and office personnel are very hardworking and sympathetic. I'm glad I chose them as my doctors for my furbabies.

They’ve been good to our little puppy. However, on our last visit, they prescribed us and charged us for a pre-treatment without even knowing whether or not my puppy had a UTI. They kinda just forced it upon us without letting us know why we’re getting it. I haven’t used the pills and my puppy is better now. Just be careful if you visit because they may charge you for something you don’t even need.

3 week waiting period for an appointment. Ridiculous.

4*/5* for my first visit. Retiring vet and assistant where very nice. Problem was worse then I thought????I rarely give 5* on first visits. Next visit she gets fixed....

Excellent facility. They have helped me out numerous times. Most recently the vet came in on a Sunday to euthanize my kitten. She was suffering so much. They are caring and compassionate. I've had quite a few spays done here and the price was right and the care was outstanding. I can't say enough good about this clinic. Thanks for being there for me.

I've been taking my fur family to this Veterinary Hospital for many years. They've always taken very good care of my family pets. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they have become so busy that it takes several days to get an appt.

The last three times I have called to make an appointment I have sat on hold for so long I finally hang up.

I love you guys! Carly you are bright example why I love Orland Vet and not just because I work with the practice. But it's the way you love to help our non 2 legged family members. Can't thank you enough for stepping up to help, after confirming the horrible rumors of treatment by other clinics I found out for myself. Big Hugs!

They were nice and friendly. But I dIdn’t like that I had to wait in the parking lot while they saw my dog. I think that’s just taking the Covid restrictions too far. I’ve been to two other vet clinics during the pandemic where I could go inside with my pet. And if I can stand next to someone at Walmart I should be able to stay with my pet during an exam. But they did OK with my dog, who had a medical issue that needed a follow up exam. I like their hours and flexibility, I will go back.

This is the best place too take your animals I love the staff n the Dr's. Are great take good care of my dogs big n small if u need a good vet give them a call I'm sure glad I found them for my pets

Went to this place because the other vet misdiagnosed my dog. Facility is a lot cleaner and doctor explained well what's going on and what to do.

Great office staff and assistants There are 2 veterinarians at the office. I've only seen Dr.Carol , she is a wonderful compassionate veterinarian. Given how nice and professional the entire team.is, I would bet the other veterinarian is great too. Dr. Carol always finds the time to explain things in detail.offer suggestions and clearly cares for animals. Prices are extremely fair, amd you never feel rushed, pushed, or neglected even when they are super busy.

Very friendly staff...understands the ending of a friendship. Had to put down my dog the staff were super supportive

Friendly staff and great service

They were so amazing. We were going through town and our poor dog got sick. We were able to bring our dog in for an emergency visit. Even with the covid restrictions they were able to do everything quite efficiently and quickly. Loved their service and care to our pets. I would for sure recommend them over other vets. The cost was also reasonable. Gotta love that

There is always a doctor on call, all hours of the day and have always been there for my pets. They are a vet for the people.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I had found a lost dog and looked for tags on the collar but couldn’t find any. It was so friendly and stopped in the middle of the road waiting for someone to help him. We picked him up with our other dog in the car and they were just fine so we knew it wasn’t a farm dog. I called this hospital literally 5 minutes to closing and was frantic and asked them if they could scan for a chip as I couldn’t bring the dog home. I’m so thankful for them for staying late and finding the owner. They even offered to keep the dog overnight if they couldn’t reach the owners. They said it was better than letting it roam the streets scared. I’m beyond amazed that they not only stayed over closing time to help me and the dog but also cared very much about his well-being. I wish I got all their names but definitely know that if you take your animal here it will get all the care it needs and then some.

I absolutely love this veterinary hospital. They are very caring of all my cats and dogs. They always treat me well
