Able to accommodate my changing schedule. Always kept their appointments. Nice poodle cuts, I enjoyed giving her creative license. I occasionally felt she may have rushed a bit; uneven scissor cuts and tufting. Dogs are mostly kenneled so no menagerie. Rates were competitive with other shops within a 15 mile radius but with better quality and more consistent work.

Fantastic pet salon! As busy as they were, they got in my small dog for a wash service and did a fantastic job! My dog was nervous going in for the first time, but left happy and with new friends (the treats definitely helped!). Her nails and coat looked great. Thank you!

This place gets five stars just because every time I've been in there all the dogs are smiling... And they all have new shiny haircuts that are quite beautiful I might add I love a good poodle cut ????????????

I brought my handicapped fur baby in for a grooming and was told to "Get my dog out of her shop"! She refused to work with her. BECAUSE SHE CAN'T WALK WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Very rude person and very unprofessional! I would never recommend you!!!

After searching for almost a year for a groomer for our two Golden’s we went off of a referral, and so glad we did. Our pups came out looking amazing and they did exactly what we asked. Trust their reviews.

Just needed a nail trim for my little dog. No appointment was needed, and no wait. Felt like they cared about my girl, comforting her when she was struggling a little bit to situate herself. I've recently noticed she does better when someone hola her instead of leashing her up on the grooming table. This place did a great job with my girl's tiny feet and fidgety nature.

Been to many groomers over the years with poodles, they definitely consistently do the best job.

Amazing dog groomers. I feel so relieved that i took my little puppy, toy poodle there. She looks fabulous. They did such an amazing job. They are worth the wait for a grooming appointment. They are super nice, andprofessional. I am a first time dog mom, i am super overprotectove of my puppy, and want the best groomer for my puppy and Prancing Poodle is it.

We get the best trims from Kathleen. I have used her for several years. I followed her around until she got her own shop and we love it. She grooms our furbaby just like we ask her to.

Not very happy. I.have an Aussie Doodle and the last time when they groomed him, just his face, bottom and nails it was great. This time the first thing the owner said when greeting us was, 'Oh he has mats around his neck" .No "HI Riley", no small talk. He was nervous and i was calming him when she scooped him up and carried him off, afraid into the back. I didn't get to say good bye to him, she was just all business!. I had just combed him for two hours at home. I wanted his hair left as long as possible and they told me if that's not possible they would call me. I received No Call but when I get there his hair was maybe a half an inch BECAUSE HE HAD SO MANY MATS. Not true! Then she tells me they had to PULL his hair out of his ears!!! A very painful procedure and one that most groomers no longer do, according to my vet. I had not requested this and was not told this would be done! They should have called me before doing this painful procedure. I will not be going back. I have to say the other groomer, can't remember her name, was very accommodating and friendly and did exactly as I wanted the last time, but it was manly his face. But it does seem they only know how to poodle up a dog, not all dogs need to be frizzy. I was shown the "proper" way to brush a poodle, which mine is not. First you brush to take all the curl out and then a comb. They should know that the frizz brush is not needed, just a comb if you don't want your dog to be a frizzy poodle! They need to listen to their customers and not groom all dogs like a poodle.

I bring my Maltese here for a haircut and my malamute gets a good comb out twice a year! They are the best!!

We always have great experience at Prancing Poodle. They do an awesome job with our 2-year old labradoodle.

I have taken my dog in twice now. They have done great both times. They are friendly and they gentle with dogs. I highly recommend this groomer!

Great grooming and a pleasure to work with!

This is the only place I trust with my dog. Friendly and timely. I have been going to them for a couple of years now. They know how to cut hair for all breeds of dogs.

I have taken my yorkie to other groomers who do not listen to how I want her hair cut. She comes home traumatized and full of anxiety. From the very first time I brought her to The Prancing Poodle she was comfortable. They listen to me and she is beautiful every time I pick her up. Most of all, she isn't full of anxiety or shaking. She is happy and loves it here.

Excellent grooming salon! I took my dog there today for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly, professional and experienced. They listened to what I wanted and I was very happpy with the cut my dog received. My dog was very comfortable there. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!
