VERY FRIENDLY, THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED INTAKE PROCESS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. OUR DOGS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE ON THEIR FIRST DAY!

My pup loves when I say doggy daycare and is whining with excitement as soon as he sees the parking lot. He really loves going to visit his friends here. I also love that every time I pick him up he's nice and tired. The staff is very friendly and always willing to chat about his day. Ideally, I would give CBW Fair Oaks 4.5 Stars but I cant. I would like to remove a star because the rooms seem small. I wish there was more room for the pups to really get moving and run BUT that being said, that's no ones fault... and our pup still has fun playing and romping around.

This is a very professional business. The Camp Counselors are fantastic! My shy dog loved it and they were so sweet to her.

I like how easy it is to make a reservation even last minute. Even though my dog has separation anxiety she seems to really enjoy herself there.

Lots of other dogs to play with and the small and larger dogs are kept separate. Camp Counselor always with the dogs.

Love this place! Picked up my 2 pups after a 10 day stay. They were happy and healthy. Great place to socialize your pup with other dogs. Can watch them on puppy cam and there is always a person supervising. They are grouped by size so smaller dogs aren't intimidated by the big ones. You can board or send to day care. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. .

My Dog Lulu loves to be at Camp 'comes home tired & happy.

As far as pet care,they're great, but as far as proper and fair treatment from coworkers and management, they are very unprofessional and disrespectful.

My dog Koda loves this place. I think she would live there if possible. Staff is very nice and efficient.

Helpful crew and safe place for dogs

I like that you can watch your dog at home. Easy to drop off and pick up. Reasonably priced. I can picture myself using on of these more regularly now.

This place is great! They take such good care of our dogs and provide a great report card after their visit. Super reliable for when we need to go out of town. Highly recommend!

Camp Bow Wow is simply awesome! The staff are excellent and so caring, and show a lot of love to the dogs and make them feel safe. Safety is obviously a priority. We feel confident leaving our young dog with them and it's simply wonderful that the dogs get to play together instead of being locked up in cages most of the day which is standard for most boarding facilities. Excellent place and so glad we found Camp Bow Wow.

Staff is great, very friendly and very professional. We took out dogs for day camp and they loved it. I love that I can check on them via the webcams. As a dog parent it gives you a nice piece of mind.

Brought my 4.5 month pup here for his interview and he didn't pass. Five days later took him to another doggie day care and they took the time to work with him, slowly introducing him to the pack and he passed and is officially in doggie day care. Not saying Camp Bow Wow is a bad place but it wasn't right for us.

These guys treat my dog and I like family. I love that I can watch my dog on the cameras and see them giving Samson the attention he deserves. I can’t recommend a better center to care for your dogs during the day or overnight. Plus the grooming is great too!

I am new to this area and came across camp bow wow and was very interested to take my puppy there. My pup had her interview and she passed (yay) and she was able to join right away. The facility is kept cleanly and seems to be well supervised. I love the fact I’m able to check on my pup with their camera features, it gets me through my busy days! I’ll be bringing her in for daycare more often.

Great getaway for our doggies!

We toured the facility for our puppy Max. They have excellent customer service. I really liked being able to see inside the kennels and the areas where they take care of their clients.

Allie came out happy, tired and clean. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow.

Love this place, they open up early enough for us to drop our dog off for an overnight boarding once a week due to work schedules.

My little dog needed his nails trimmed and a bath, and Camp Bow Wow did an amazing job! He smelled so much better when they brought him back out! He was well taken care of and happy to go with the technician when she lead him inside.

They're great with the dogs and mine loves getting that play time.

They have a convenient drop-off procedure, friendly staff and my pup loves going there. I think for playful dogs, like mine, it is ideal, as they have various play areas and group dogs of similar size and temperament together. Live video monitoring in each play area, so you can check on your pup whenever you like.

Love the workers that care for the pups but mangers seem like they are in it for the money and not for the pups. Please reconsider bringing them here.
