Dr. Lee and his nice staff have been caring for my Pomerarian since he was a puppy. I always get an appointment right away when I call. We get great service there and Dr. Lee has helped with all my baby’s problems. As far as them being careful with covid precautions I commend them. Anyone not liking and respecting that - too bad. You are free to go elsewhere. I support Dr. Lee 100%

I go to see the vet regularly because of my dog's prostatism and a stone. The Vet&nurses are very thoughtful and kind. They gave us much supports and proper treatments so, Mai got well. Thank you Orange Pet Clinic! (다들 친절하시고 진료 잘 봐 주심????)

We were not aware over the phone that this clinic was doing curb-side pickup which is BS considering other clinics are allowing at LEAST some people inside. Apparently they were allowing vaccinated people inside, yet nothing made this aware (not until we complained did the doctor tell us this) Instead of being with our dog in the process of explaining whats wrong with her, they asked a bunch of basic questions and just took her. Over eight times the doctor came out to get more information and explain. My mother got mad, and he straight up ignored her. Never going here again, and thats a fact.

Didn't actually schedule my appointment. I called on April 29th to get an appointment for May 5th at 3pm and when I showed up they claimed they didn't have my in the systen. I showed up to bring my dog in to get his shots and they wouldn't see him.

Opening during this pandemic is really our lifesaver. Pls understand that reducing touching And keeping social distance is helping each other. We really appreciate all Dr Lee And the staff have been doing. Dr Lee is very professional And caring. You can tell from their nice work and great services. Not Only reasonal prices but also best services. If You are traveling abroad, Dr lee is good at the paperworks too. Experienced Doctor saves You time and money. I am sorry my poor English isn't enough to say how much i appreciate the help from them. Just many of my friends' dogs and cats got good care from them.

We were referred to Dr. Lee when our previous veterinary was not doing the proper test for our forever foster dog. When I called the office, they had us come in right away. Dr. Lee spent the week taking care of our dog, completing tests to rule out what could be causing our dog to be sick, and diligently answering any questions or concerns we had. He treated our dog like he was his dog. I was extremely impressed by how caring, efficient, and diligent he and his staff were. My only wish is that we found Dr. Lee sooner. After the week of test that he did, we admitted our dog to 24 care because he had fluids in his stomach and was diagnosed with cancer. The vet group caring for him told the rescue that Dr. Lee did everything correct to rule out what could have caused our dog's health issues. I cannot recommend Dr. Lee enough. He will make sure he finds out what is wrong with your fur baby, make the appropriate recommendations, and suggest the proper test. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Lee.

OK so basically I am not the biggest fan of most vets, I never seem to walk out with an answer to my dogs problems. I have given Orange Pet Clinic 5 stars but think it is important to be completely honest here about the pros and cons of …

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING ORANGE PET CLINIC: about 3 years ago I brought my blocked male cat to Dr. Lee and it was a good experience and wrote a very positive review. Yesterday it was time to say goodbye to my best friend and at times my only friend my17 year old Shepherd. X we had dealt with his hips for some time but he was a strong boy and with the help of anti inflammatory meds and using a" towel sling" we successfully dealt with it. Than 3 days ago he went down and even though he would eat and drink with my assistance. The pain started and he was whimpering and crying, it was killing me and he had a large mass in his lower abdomen. I worked for some very fine vets for over 30 years but now am a disabled senior..i could feel it for some time but s long as he was doing well we would enjoy every precious day together until the inevitable. He would of not been a good surgical candidate, age, hips, and life expectancy, etc. He never was a whimpering type and he was very stoic. So it was time nd I called Orange Pet Clinic and we set an appt for 1:30 as my son would be able to help me get him in car. Moving him caused him extreme pain, which I explained to the receptionist/tech. And I would like.to get everything taken care of signing slip l, payment, before bringing him in from car ( this was 15 mins. of waiting before anyone come to the desk upon arriving, not even a "be right there" shout from the back. Another 20 mins of just waiting then they said to bring him in and weigh him and put us in a exam room. They then had me fill out the paperwork, shaved his leg for access to his vein and left the room for what seemed to be forever all the while my poor "Shadow " crying out in pain. A couple pop ins by the assistance to tell us the doctor was in the bathroom she thought? I asked her gain what the fee would be now that they had an accurate weight? I told her as I got my cash out that I had $140 dollars and I would write a check for the difference. She said it would be $250 and left the room. Another long wait as my son and I cried, tried to comfort Shadow telling him there would be no more pain in just a couple more minutes, how much we loved him, how we are going to miss him and what a good boy he is. Eventually, I heard the assistant say to someone "send them down the street to where?", there was no other clients so new thet were referring to me. Shock hit me thinking they were going to tell us to leave?? Sure enough the assistant comes in and says we no longer except checks and youll have to go somewhere else. I had the $140 cash in my hand and said "You've got to be kidding me" but no she wasn't. I said how cruel can DR. DANIEL LEE be? He would send a patient in excruciating pain away after putting my son, My Shadow, and myself through the extremely long wait, Shaving his leg and cold heartedly telling us that he wouldn't help for $140 dollars with my promise of paying any balance. As I said in the onset of my review that I was an A.H.T. (R.V.T. new title) and never would any of the doctors I have worked for and known would Never of done uthis, it wasn't anything that is costly to a clinic, just a syringe of euthanasia solution(which is very inexpensive for a whole bottle) and a couple of min. of his time to end the suffering of a previous clients 17 yr. old very loved pet. I also know that the disposal company (D&D disposal the only one i believe there is still) that services vets once a week or other week charges a monthly flat fee, it's not a fee per each animal. So no additional cost to the doctor there. I even asked about his oath of doing no harm? I never saw Dr. Lee, didn't hear him talking either, not professional sending his assistant/receptionist (No name tags) as messenger pigeon. My son & I carried my boy back out to the car and of course this whole time I'm crying like I was about to lose a family member(which I was) and also angry that they were so cold, wasting a great deal of time, and I'm now leaving with my dog in obvious extreme pain, it was horrible! This community does no

Dr. Lee and staff are fantastic. I used to go to another local Vet but their outrageous pricing steered me away to the Clinic. Pricing is very fair and Dr. Lee is amazing with all of my pets. We've been many times over the past few years and we will continue coming back whenever necessary.
